I love Taboo Lounge. Food is great. Vibe is great. Music is upbeat - hip hop, salsa, africana...Great DJ. If you're waiting in Double Ds line and know you're not getting in, just take a few walks over to Taboo and grab a drink. Very cool alternative.

I wanted to share a piece of constructive feedback after visiting your space. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall experience, and this suggestion comes from a place of wanting to see the bar become even more comfortable and accessible for guests.
One thing I noticed while sitting at the bar is the lack of a foot rest along the bottom. This may seem small, but it can make a big difference—especially in a bar setting where guests may be wearing heels, dress shoes, or simply spending extended time seated. A foot rail or bar-length foot rest helps with balance, posture, and overall comfort, particularly as people stand up, sit down, or move after having drinks.
From both a comfort and safety perspective, I believe adding a foot rest would be a thoughtful improvement for all guests, regardless of age or footwear. Many well-designed bars include this feature because it subtly reduces instability and fatigue, especially later in the evening.
I truly enjoyed my time at your establishment and wanted to offer this feedback in the spirit of enhancement and guest care. Thank you for considering it, and I look forward to visiting again.

They automatically charge gratuity and do not tell you then ask you for a tip, and don’t provide a receipt. That is how this place stays open. Do not come here!

We were in the area and decided to take advantage of the $1 wings. Boy, what a mistake. Wings were absolutely the worst wings I’ve ever had. Ordered the lemon pepper wings, they were drenched in butter and a dash of lemon pepper. Service was ok, the waitress was nice. Maybe the tacos are better but the drive isn’t worth it.

For then to offer $1 tacos after 4pm on Tues, they knock you over the head with the prices on everything else. My group 14 tacos so that was $14. Our total bill was $52. I did get cheese on my tacos (hardly any), asked for grilled onions and was told it was a side l. $38 in extras 🤬. I doubt I'll be back. Server was very attentive and gave great service tho and she had winged eyeliner.... 🤩😂

Came here for Friday happy hour w $2 drafts. 3rd or 4th time having come here and decided to try the burger. Was one of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant/bar!
I've had the ceviche and tacos before and they're both very good too 👍🏼
The aesthetic and amount of picture spots for this place was pretty nice as an avid photo taker. The drinks were strong, which I loved. We also got a hookah which they were fast about bringing out which was nice as well since some places are usually delayed with that. The only thing I would say is our waitress was a little slow coming back to check on us, so we didn't get to take advantage of the food but otherwise it was still a nice overall experience. Great music, and I would stop in again to fully try them out.

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday. They have a patio area which we loved because the weather was amazing that Friday night. We ordered drinks the Cuban (10/10) and Mexicana (6/10). The food was good. We also ordered the hooka and it was a great experienced. The only thing we didn't liked was the time the server took to come to our table. They're all women and really nice ladies but we felt like they focused more on men. That's speaking on our experienced. The security man an African American he is an awesome guy. Loved his energy and kindness. Other than that we liked the place. They have a DJ and you get to dance in a little space they have as a dance floor. We might come back on a Saturday for karaoke night.

Went for café con sazon awesomwe music but not enough bad bunny jams , coco mojitos were super sweet id know if I was tipsy or sugar high lol. DJ WAS AWESOME THOUGH.
