Ruin my food thanks , My only time for a lunch break , I clearly asked for hot sauce I should've known better then to check the bag cause you cant trust drive thru employees.

The worse place to order from do not order from here if you have a pick up order and it hasnāt been picked up yet they will say someone else picked it up but they gave it to the homeless to pick up whatever order hasnāt been picked up. The workers do not want to work they are rude and unprofessional! They donāt not give you what you ask for

I miss the live person at the drive through. The automated lady is boring and she doesn't say thank you. Anyway, I ordered 2 soft tacos and a freeze drink. Got to the window, the cashier was super nice. My food was hot. Oh yeah, when I 1st pulled up the line was 6 cars deep. I almost turned around but I was starving. Less than 5 minutes I was on my way home. Kudos to fast and efficient service.

The food is always great the service however was terrible, the drive through line is an automated system and its complicated to order through I drove up to the window to place my order with the Window worker, and she stated that she cant help me that I had to order through the automated system. I then stated my order is a little complicated so I will just come in. I parked and entered the establishment and the same lady told me I had to order from the kiosk. The place was empty nobody was in there except me. I understand if it was busy the kiosk is beneficial but obviously I needed assistance beyond that. SHE WAS RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR JOB DUTY AND OVERALL A BAD EMPLOY.

Worst worst worst service. After fourth minutes I am going without food. First they got wrong order and then tell the manager but after 20 minutes no response. Even I paid but going back without food

Fast and polite workers
Iāve been waiting on an order for over 30 minutes. As I sit and wait Iām watching numerous employees stand at the main entrance smoking while countless bags sit on the counter waiting for an employee to hand them out. This Taco Bell is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever been to. Where is management, how does management not know how to control their employees and take care of their customers. The girl that is slowly handing them out has a smart mouth and rude. She canāt hand the orders out because she wants to play with her coworkers. She is literally taunting people that have been waiting for nearly ab hour. Corporate if they actually care needs to come clean house and get some employees that will actually work.

Iām a doordasher, so you can already tell how bad the service is for me on the regular , but this specific location has probably the WORST service Iāve ever seen. Iāve been waiting for them to finish this one doordash order for about 42mins now. And every time I come up to ask if itās finally finished they donāt even give me an answer, this one chick who was there straight up said āhuh? Yeah let me checkā and then came back to say that they didnāt even start on it yet. not to mention the second time I came to this location and the workers straight up ignored me and stared at me like I was crazy for even insisting to check on the order for my customer. 1/10. And Iām still waiting as we speak lmao.

Placed an online order, came to pick it up and almost got steamrolled by an suv that drove through, had to put my car in reverse to back out before they hit me. Besides that, staff were the rudest people Iāve ever talked to. Everyone else got their food; I placed mine online and found out in line it was canceled. The person on the mic was so rude. She said āwhy should I apologize.ā Will never be back, and Iāll be making sure that no one I know does either. Yāall canāt handle business, then get out, said as someone that handles more volume in one night than yall do in a week.

The Manager at this store needs to be fired. Was extremely rude to me after waiting an hour for food, refused to give me her name or even apologize or accommodate me for the time I wasted and then continued to put her hands on me and push me out of the store when I was being calm and polite the whole time. I couldāve called the police and pressed charges if I wanted to. TACO BELL PLEASE FIX THIS AND GET A RESPONSIBLE MANAGER.
