Very unprofessional bunch
Service: 1
The service especially at the drive thru is always very poor. I went today and the lady working the drive thru got annoyed for whatever reason when I told her I had a pick up order and when I got to the window just rolled her eyes, didn’t say anything and closed the window.
Got my order wrong and horrible service. The server Taniesha (according to my receipt) didnt have any customer service skills.

Terrible service, they should remove Doors dasher and Uber services

Slowest. Taco Bell. Ever.
The garlic steak fries was so delicious. Only thing I'll take away is the steak. Mines was tough. Overall I like it without...oh and great customer service. Also not sure if you guys trained your staff not to put their fingers inside customers drinking cup. We were thought not to do this when I worked at a previous restaurant. That's a health violation.

I stopped coming here after waiting at the service counter for 10 minutes when there was NO line. There were about 5-6 workers in the back and no one came to take my order. As I said I will not come back here.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait 30 minutes for no reason

Slow, orders are always wrong and the staff has zero customer service.
The automated system taking the order wouldn’t understand me then told me the meal wasnt available. Out of nowhere an actual human being came in and continued taking the order but got it wrong (I realized when I got to the window because she added chicken nuggets and a drink but no fries) When I explained I wanted the meal and not just the nuggets & drink she said and I quote “you can’t change it at the window.” And I told her I ordered the meal but you put it in wrong and she rolled her eyes, shut the window and was talking to someone. I wasn’t being rude or mean, I just simply asked to make it a meal (it was just missing the fries) anyways I just pulled off.
No need to argue with an unhappy food service worker who obviously doesn’t really care. I wouldn’t want that person handling my food either.

Taco fries were a bit old for as busy as it was. My friend said that the food was really flat and depleted, not a whole lot of feelings, but I thought it was OK.
