I like Taco Bell. At one time Taco Bell was my goto for fast food. The food is good enough. How do you mess up a five star review? Let me tell you. There are no napkins, no forks, no spoons, no knives, no fire taco sauce, no medium taco sauce, no mild taco sauce, no hot sauce, no black pepper, and no salt available. The counter person did not like it when I pointed her failure to do her job. I stayed awhile to see how long it would take her to fix this. They were never busy and never more than three customers in the building.

So there was a guy complaining about his order right mind you we were there before then we place our orders then they arrived and put theirs so the tacobell didn't have a Baja blast freeze and all that 30 minutes pass AND WE STILL DONT GET OUR ORDERS.ONCE THEY GIVE IT TO US IT WAS ALL RUSHED MY CHEESE WAS MELTED AND QUESADILLA WAS BURNED

The people working here are amazing and deliver good customer service!
This taco bell is absolute garbage. No matter what time of the day you go all your food is going to be cold. Everytime I’ve gotten a cheesey ordinance crunch from there, the tortilla and meat isn't even warmed up, the cheese isn't melted or nothing, and I live 2 minutes away from there so no the food isn't getting cold on my way home.

some of these workers are rude ash and get crazy annoyed when i asked for my drink that THEY forgot .. i asked politely and he responded mumbling i couldn’t understand so asked if he could repeat and he grabbed cups and waved them in my face after i said the drinks he forgot were freezes multiple times how are u rude and mumbling not sorry u have to work like .. grow up ( may31st 9:15 ish)

The lemonade spout was not cleaned tasted like there was buildt up mold like fart ): i ordered 10 nuggets and only got 5 ): IM
We always come to this Taco Bell because our experience here is always great. Not this time. We were deciding on what we wanted to order at the speaker and took a minute to decide. But The Manager working on 12/10 at 9:20pm Christopher Guajardo was rude and kept rushing us. Don’t waste your time here. Go To El Tiz it’s better food and better service plus it’s on the same shopping center :D. Taco Bell please do better.
