We always come to this Taco Bell because our experience here is always great. Not this time. We were deciding on what we wanted to order at the speaker and took a minute to decide. But The Manager working on 12/10 at 9:20pm Christopher Guajardo was rude and kept rushing us. Don’t waste your time here. Go To El Tiz it’s better food and better service plus it’s on the same shopping center :D. Taco Bell please do better.

Went this morning to get a breakfast crunch wrap and they made it into a quesadilla. Which tasted bad. Second order I had Doritos loco tacos. The taco shells were old and stale. Like I always come here out of all Taco Bell’s. Now the quality of the food is no good. Are yall even putting label dates on inventory??? This is disappointing! Someone better reach out.

The staff were very friendly. We did have a few items missing in our order. However, the missing items were immediately provided to us upon notice they were missing. There was a very friendly guy named Florzell who made sure we received everything we were missing and immediately stopped what he was doing to assist us when we needed help. He never stopped working the whole time we were there. He kept the dining room clean and restocked. We enjoyed the environment. Clean and relaxed. The food was average. I did request fresh cinnamons to be dropped as I was ordering 12 and still received about 6 that was hard from sitting in the warmer. Over all the food was decent but it was the customer service that made me give 5 stars. Hope they give Florzell a well deserved raise.
Employees polite, food is good tea is yummy & fresh but it’s scary due to having people from outside walkin & seat down or go to restroom (seen people go change) without buying anything or asking if customers can help them out. That’s the only downfall of this location you’re eating but at same time you have to watch your surroundings.Post not a public restroom & no sitting if nothing purchased.

They have fell off. Haven’t been in over 4 years. Went the other day and I should’ve stayed away. My food had me sick, I couldn’t even finish it.
Was fast. Very fresh. Night staff was lively and made the night environment feel welcomed and important. The service spoke for itself. 10/10

Went today and food was great but the cashier and the lady standing behind her seemed like they didn’t want to speak or address me at all..so there’s that. Hope they put some friendlier and prettier faces in the front to greet customers.
