Went today and food was great but the cashier and the lady standing behind her seemed like they didn’t want to speak or address me at all..so there’s that. Hope they put some friendlier and prettier faces in the front to greet customers.

I placed a drive thru order only to be told the credit card machine was not working. When I was driving out the employee flagged me down and informed me the credit card machine was working again. I got home with my food and the tacos were soggy. Worst $15 spent, super unprofessional employees, I won’t be back.

Everyone is quick to leave a bad review , so here we go. I was greeted with a smile. My service was quick and the food was delicious. The kitchen was clean, and l saw the employees washing there hands. Even though they were short staffed the dining area was picked up and it looked as if they were doing all they could to keep up with it. I will be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The order was incorrect when we brought it to attention all they wanted to do was argue all three employees came to the window to argue that what they gave us was correct INSTEAD of correct the issue and asking us to pay the difference. Then we get home and we got lettuce chalupas lol we don’t eat Taco Bell often and this establishment reminded me why horrible service and horrible quality food.
Customer service at this location has drastically declined. The original staff members are not here anymore. It's all new people and they do not care about anything regarding this place or the customers.There was an issue with one of their ordering machines and the other one was occupied by a large group of people trying to place their order. I went up to the counter and one employee completely ignored me, walked away as soon as I asked if she could take my order, and came back only to go back to her phone and ideas texting. The "manager" also ignored me and only sort of spoke to me when I asked if anyone took orders at the counter. He told me I had to wait because drive thru orders were a priority. The last time I was here they were also very rude, they gave my food away to a random guy. I was the only female there and somehow my name seemed a lot like some guys name? A food delivery person was dealing with the same issue where this place just gave away the food they were picking up to some random person. The employee and the "manager" began arguing with me and lying.I wouldn't have stopped here if it hadn't been for a family member wanting to stop here.
