I ordered Uber eats from here tonight and the restaurant forgot my drink, the utensils i requested for the Pintos and Cheese, and all 12 sauce packets listed in the order. On top of that, it was not fresh at all. Do not order late night delivery from this location.

Arrived at the drive thru at 4:38am on 10/12. Was told they are out of meat. I feel like the girl was lying so they wouldn't have to work. They don't get the benefit of the doubt from me at this location because the young people are so lazy there.

Went into Taco Bell to order food because drive was full. It was at 6 cars. I walked in an an employee walked up to me and helped me order my food on the screen. Afterwards I watch them ladies handle that whole kitchen with no pressure. They knocked drive through out and I watched them make orders professionally and I'm a neatly manner. I was amazed how 4 young ladies handled Taco Bell like that. Drive through was empty because they served every car and I was getting ready to walk out. I never went into a fast food restaurant in the hood and saw 4 young ladies handle a kitchen then way the did today. And all them was smiling. That really shocked me. No attitude and no wait. I commended them before I left but I had to do a review. Great Job ladies. Should of hit their names but I was literally amazed. I definitely will eat there again.

Lazy employees. Ordered through the kiosk waited 15 minutes for my order and nothing. Went up to the front and employee said oh they put your order down as a mobile order when they clearly said order through the kiosk. Mind you I was the only person there and not one person had the initiative to speak up and say have you gotten your order. Never going back. This Taco Bell is dirty and food was cold!

This is by far the best Taco Bell ever the staff is amazing they go above and beyond. I have visited frequently on lunch and they are so patient explaining the kiosk to people including myself. You are always greeted with smiles and kindness they are outstanding. I would drive to get the amazing food from here always fresh and hot. You all are doing a great job keep it up

I came here to pick up an order. Immediately walking in the employees were busy and I mentioned the pick up. I told her I also wanted to get a drink. She said go order it on self order. So I did. Once I walked back to the counter she said oh we don’t have what you ordered. I paid $4.50 for that drink. She could have easily took my order and I would have never purchased it. The point is customer service is not good. Rushed and Rude. Not sure why Taco Bell service sucks!!
