Lazy employees. Ordered through the kiosk waited 15 minutes for my order and nothing. Went up to the front and employee said oh they put your order down as a mobile order when they clearly said order through the kiosk. Mind you I was the only person there and not one person had the initiative to speak up and say have you gotten your order. Never going back. This Taco Bell is dirty and food was cold!
This is by far the best Taco Bell ever the staff is amazing they go above and beyond. I have visited frequently on lunch and they are so patient explaining the kiosk to people including myself. You are always greeted with smiles and kindness they are outstanding. I would drive to get the amazing food from here always fresh and hot. You all are doing a great job keep it up

I came here to pick up an order. Immediately walking in the employees were busy and I mentioned the pick up. I told her I also wanted to get a drink. She said go order it on self order. So I did. Once I walked back to the counter she said oh we don’t have what you ordered. I paid $4.50 for that drink. She could have easily took my order and I would have never purchased it. The point is customer service is not good. Rushed and Rude. Not sure why Taco Bell service sucks!!

Was just a drive thru
I quite literally visit this Taco Bell one to three times a week. They have always been courteous and even allow my little 6 pound puppy to accompany me..

Was not very happy with this location. Did not have a good experience with the drive-through as it took way longer than expected to just place my order and get my food. I ordered 212 packs of tacos for my office and they did a horrible job packaging and making the tacos as it tasted like the food was old and crunchy tacos were stale. They didn’t have any of the sauces or condiments along with the tacos that most Taco Bell‘s typically have I was trying to do something nice for my guys at the office and feel like I did a part, I will not be back to this location

I DIDN'T GET TO ORDER FOOD, I WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER TO ORDER, THE YOUNG LADY THAT WAS WORKING IN DRIVE THRU SAID CAN I HELP YOU. I REPLIED AND SAID I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER. SHE RUDELY SAID YOU HAVE TO GO AND PLACE YOUR ORDER AT THE Kiosk, OK MA'AM I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. THEN I THOUGHT, IF I WANTED TO WORK AT THE KIOSK I WOULD PUT IN AN APPLICATION. I CAME ON THE INSIDE TO ORDER MY FOOD AND ENJOY MY LUNCH. I COME HERE TO SPEND MONEY NOT WORK. THIS IS MY OFF DAY. YOUR ATTITUDE WAS NASTY.LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. WATCH YOUR TONE WHEN YOU ARE SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER.
