So today I went into the location for lunch. The first thing is that nobody ever acknowledged me. The young lady kept doing what she was doing. Then she proceeded to tell me that the only way that she can take my order for me to dine in is on the kiosk so I said I’ll go around into the drive-through when I went to the drive-through I had a 25 minute wait I’ll never return back to this location. The service is bad no customer service type of skills and who heard of you can’t take my order inside of a store. Don’t go run. Decide to go to a different restaurant for lunch.

It took 20 minutes just to get my burrito and fries. Worst and slowest taco bell I have ever seen. I came to taco bell to get quick service bt this store was really very slow. Not recommended to come here.

I just left this Taco Bell and was lied to about having Taco Bell nuggets that just came out. I was lied to about many menu items. I paid for extra meat and was given none. Very lazy employees that can’t complete a simple order that I toddler could make.
This place is absolutely trash. I ordered through the app and they missed 2 items and 2 of my items were wrong. I'm vegetarian and my meal didn't come that way. I called them and asked for a refund and they said I could come get it the next day, the next day rolls around and I can't so I called to let them know that and they tell me that the only way I can get a refund is if I go through the app because that's the way I ordered. This is absolutely ridiculous, if I paid your restaurant directly what's the issue? The managers never said sorry or even cared enough to help me get a refund, so definitely not coming back again.
