This location needs a manager. I waited 15 minutes for one Supreme Crunchy Taco and finally just walked out. While I was waiting, I watched two different sets of customers try ordering from the counter only to have the manager direct them to the self-serve kiosk. My order was cash only, and that's when I figured out that, for some reason, this store was not accepting cash. There was no signage for credit/debit card only, but it was obvious that they weren't trying to take cash. In their defense, this location was slammed with drive- through orders as well as in-store, but they are supposed to be able to handle a rush. It seems that Taco Bell has problems retaining good managers. Since I frequent this location, I hope they get their act together soon.

I should have trusted my gut. Huge disappointment!
I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no crunch what’s so ever. Supper soggy. I didn’t receive all my items either and couldn’t go back because I had a short lunch. Threw my wrap away and now I gotta wait till after work to grab something. I wish it would let me add a video.

Gets orders wrong about 20-30% of the time on take out and drive thru, so pretty much a typical Taco Bell; I'll be going in tomorrow to retrieve the missing supreme burrito they left out of my order tonight. Make sure to check your food before you leave. Nacho fries are pretty much always a bit soggy even when they only have two customers in line, so ask for extra cook time or prep your air fryer or oven in advance. I'm curious how long employees last here because I see new faces at this branch often. Perhaps it's time for management to explore adaptive solutions to improve both employee morale and customer satisfaction.

Vegetarian options: It's Taco Bell. You can just take out the meat.

My mom and I came on Sunday on the Labor day weekend. We came from work trying to relax and eat, it was around 10:45 a.m. there were no other customers, the employees were not doing anything just talking with each other. One mad employee told me to take my order on the self-checkout screen, she didn't wanted to take my order on her register. We have gone to different locations and they have taken our order on the register. Bad service.
