Very disappointed, asked for something that was sold in the old days. Came back a 2nd time and they refused. Hate new menu. Love menu before covid time. Food is pricy.

So far the last few times ive been at this location I have gotten very sick. Not diarrhea or stomach pains but 30 min or so after eating I vomit up the food with no warning. 2 times this has happened in the last 8 months. People are nice but something is going on with either the preparation or storage of the food.

I'm not sure why every time we come to this location it seems they are unaware of their menu, each time they tell us they don't have the street chalupas not only that they can never understand us ordering in English, once we literally had to pull to Windows and show them from the website what we wanted to order. Or sometimes when you go you're told they not open for order even though they don't close to 4am and open sign is lit. Having to show people pictures just to place an order is ridiculous this location seriously need to be looked into.

Taco Bell is infamous for leaving things out of your order, this location is not the exception unfortunately. It's so frustrating to get home and not only is all your dinner not there, you payed for food you didn't receive. So always check your order before leaving! That said I do like the food, so will probably keep going, lol.

every night shift employee at this location is entitled. when ordering “nachos” apparently unless you specify that you want the ONLY nacho option on the menu they simply assume chips and queso, and then when you correct them they argue with you. absolutely ridiculous service, entitled employees, and worse management.

My girlfriend and I went to Taco Bell this morning and placed a mobile order. We were greeted by the lovely store manager (Jc—sorry if I spelled it wrong 🫠). She was so kind and sweet to us, keeping us updated and making sure we knew what was going on. She even offered us a free drink! While our food was finishing up, she was chatting with us and giving love to our dog.
On top of that, she was handling the order all by herself, basically running the whole store alone. If you’ve ever worked in this type of industry, you know how tough that is.
Give this woman a raise—her customer service was fantastic, and she’s a keeper for the store! 10/10 experience 👍

They told me they can’t take my order because the car in front of me placed a large order so they’re not taking any more orders at this time. The inside is closed and the drive thru is the only option. I think the GM needs to investigate this. Since when do employees get the right to say they can’t take anymore orders while on the clock?

The lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude I didn't appreciate that I just downloaded the app.. I came through the drive-thru the lady was very disrespectful I asked her about the location she stated she don't have no orders I asked again was this the location 4616 said yes finally Bastille saying she don't have any orders so a man came to the drive-thru and asked me to move my car only because I was trying to make sure I had the right location and it had my order you don't know what people going through.. she had no right to make nobody feel that way she need help.. I felt that was very disrespectful and not professional at all I don't appreciate the way the two staff members came in me.. when I was only trying to make sure I had the right location before I placed my stuff.. it made me not want to order anything anymore because I feel like they was going to do something to my food..
