The female at the window was rude. They gave me the wrong order. I returned with the order and brought it inside. The guy who helped me was an ass. Looked at me like it was my fault. The whole visit was just horrible. Not at all like any other visit there ever.

I was yelled at by the manager who refused to give his name on a Sunday at 1:10 p.m. It was awful service and I will not be going there again I also let him know that I am the top Google reviewer he still act like he didn't care.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling to get the name of the person taking orders and paying us out. He gave attitude over the menu and when I asked for a lot of fire sauce he gave me 5 packets for 8 items… when I asked for more he gave more attitude and threw a handful in the bag. If an Indian guy with a belly is taking orders don’t come here. He’s rude to no extent. He needs to find a different job.
I was NOT allowed to use the restroom while we dined in. Eventually after going next door to CVS for restroom privileges I was allowed to rinse my thermos out. The MALE manager unlocked the restroom door and stood in the doorway of the restroom watching my every move while I rinsed my thermos out. I can honestly say that it was one of the most uncomfortable positions that I have ever been in inside a TACO BELL or any fast food restaurant in my life. As I am writing this review I watched the manager allow two other people in the restroom. The service is horrible and I feel like the manager was way out of line watching me in the restroom no matter what I was doing. The restroom is not a place to use your power over your customers!!!!
