How hard is it to be nice and make fresh food?? Last I checked the chalupa was not a hard shell taco. Yet I get mine and it’s crunchy. Really? Doesn’t help that the female working the drive thru Monday July 28 around 11:30 pm was rude. I don’t want anything free l! I just want my food fresh and tasty. How hard is that??

Just left after grabbing food. The worker (young blk girl) was policing the drive thru questioning why we were in the parking lot about 63 seconds after we got the receipt from her coworker. Idk if she’s stupid or rude but her concerns and questions could’ve been answered without the ignorant aggression she displayed and to tell us to move our car. After a few seconds! Run the tapes if you’d like. PLEASE!!!

I'm here at a 24 hrs taco bell at 7:00am...and one of the workers said the lobby doesn't open until 9:00am COMPANY POLICIE but online it says open 24hrs...Why is that, if what this Chinese man said is true...it clearly states that this one is 24hrs it didn't say dine in closed until 9:00am it said open 24hrs that's why I walk 0.3 miles because it was convenient and expecting it to be quick SHAME THAT THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING HRS OF OPERATION SHAME

I was hesitant to visit this Taco Bell based on the reviews but there are lot of babies in the reviews. Chicken nuggets are fresh and hot. The hype is real. Yes, burritos can be cold when COLD SOUR CREAM is in them. Everything was what was expected from Taco Bell. Except they were out of a few sauces

I’ve never in my life had a cold burrito before from any Taco Bell location until now. Not only was it cold, you can tell how cold it was through the wrapper. Waited over 20 minutes in line for a cold as a refrigerator burrito.
