The General Manager, Kash, at this location is AMAZING! I had accidentally ordered a large order at this location which was 30 minutes from where I wanted to pick it up from. I had called to try and cancel the order and she instead drove the order all the way over to my business. Kash is awesome and created a Raving Fan out of me. Food was amazing as always

Took headset off! Even though I was the only one in line. I ordered one taco it took 45 minutes because they wanted to take headset off and go smoke a joint smh so unprofessional never coming back. Pathetic service.

I have never in my time of coming to this location had cold and disgusting food here! Yes the young lady was nice at the window but who ever took my order seemed to be so rude! Was completely off from my normal!
What’s to say about it, it’s a Taco Bell. Staff were kind and quick, place was relatively clean save the few hot sauce packets out on a few empty tables. The food is always so so but it’s better when it’s helping cure the munchies or a good hangover.

I love a good Taco Bell, but I’m so confused at this locations style. The past two times I’ve gone here I’ve ordered, and they say pull around to the front. I’m not getting my food at the window, they have to come out of the building and give it to me. Not to mention it’s been late at night and their safety is put at risk by doing that.I can only assume they don’t have a large enough staff on (at night mostly) to accommodate how busy this location is.Please do better for your workers and customers! This is not efficiency!

Ordered from this location on a Saturday night. They weren’t even that crowded and they refused to make my mobile order and told me to cancel it using the app(which is impossible to do). The employees at this location on october 29th around 1:50am basically just chose to stop making peoples mobile orders and stopped taking orders from anyone else. I then went to the Inwood location which was absolutely slammed because again the employees at this location decided to stop doing their jobs. The employees at this location do not deserve to have jobs if they choose to not work. I’ve always had problems at the Lemmon location be it this instance or them messing up my order. I hope these employees get what’s coming to them but I won’t know because I’m never coming to this location ever again. GO TO INWOOD. Trust me.

One of the worst Taco Bells I've been to. Staff is always rude, very slow, and lazy. Their posted hours of operation seem to be only a vague suggestion as they are never serving/open when they are supposed to be. Very frustrating!!
