DONT COME HERE Went to this location for my lunch break, halfway thru my Baja blast freeze and I see a FLY in my drink. I call the store to tell them like hey there’s a fly in my drink I have a picture and can show it to you guys and didn’t care if they gave me a new drink or anything but one of the ladies on the phone wants to gaslight me that there’s no way a fly could be in the drink, they don’t have flies and “I don’t know what you want me to do” maybe be decent and not be rude about it or gaslight me. And after looking at other reviews, it wasn’t the first time someone had a bug in their drink

They give you old food in the middle of the day. Been here several times and the food is never fresh. (SOS)Speed of service means nothing to your customers if they get food that's been sitting under the chips warmer or inside steam cabinet just so you don't have to make fresh product to save on how much waste you have to log at the end of the day. Yea I know how it works! Won't come back to this location again. I'll be contacting your higher uppers as well since you all don't answer the phone.

Just passed through the drive-thru only for the young girl to not even respond when I asked for extra sauce, and not only that, but I had to turn back around to get my chalupa that I ordered because she forgot to check my order! The chalupa was stale and cold. Bad service all around!!
UPDATE !!! - 5/20/25
Made a BIG mistake giving this place one more chance, my taco supreme didn't have sour cream, and I found THIS MOSQUITO IN MY BAJA BLAST!!! NEVER COMING BACK!

Food was excellent, establishment was spotless, and most importantly customer service is the best I’ve seen at a Taco Bell. Hunter as manager did an exceptional job helping a family with special needs and making them feel seen with their needs. It was a joy to see Hunter treat these individuals as people and not numbers!

Manager came out telling me I could only use the self machine to order. I've told her I prefer a human getting my order and she said it was not possible so she did the clicking for me on the self serve computer, although the computer couldn't get my order correctly she hollar at the employees saying this order is grilled. Second customer came inn and the employee with headphones gear came to counter and took the customer's order on his computer as ususal. WHY did this manager Lie about not being able to take the order in main computer?? when it was my choice as a customer as a to get my order through a human with a register. MANAGER you don't need to lie to customers just because you and your employees don't want to deal with customers, its not right....
