Locked bathrooms in a restaurant. Ask for key posted on the door. Employees that pay no attention to the front of house. Ghetto! Y'all never had to use the bathroom before? Y'all got kids that can hold it all the time? Disappointing that some businesses think this is ok. I would never order anywhere that does this. Not only is it not ok but I'd bet y'all are skimpy on your food then other locations too. 💁🏼♀️

I went to this location on Sunday night, ordered two cheesey beans and rice burrito. I ate it on spot, but minutes later , felt my stomach growling and feverish. I rushed home and went to the restroom. I was all night long going to the restroom, and couldn't sleep. I was sick , as I've never been in decades. I was so weak . I had food poisoning. I couldn't eat for 40 hours, and didn't even feel hungry. I will never eat at Taco Bell again, as employees don't change gloves, even after touching money and other things. I felt like about to die . I missed work for two days

Taco bell is taco bell at any place, but the employee was superlative polite, he offerd is his help, provide us his opinion and the coffee was really teasty the parking lot was ok and the facilites was very clean more than the california stores

I just picked up order and was served cold food. I went back around through drive thru. I waited at the speaker. No one responded. I drove to the window. All I saw was a worker horsing around. I honked my horn. I had to repeat myself several times about the cold food. I am very irritated. No apologies or anything. I paid almost $40 for my order. The staff, food, and service stinks royally.

Foods usually good when I come here. No complaints people are nice. ONLY reason for a bad review is if y'all say you’re open until 3, don’t try to hit me with the “oh we’re not taking any orders right now” and then I don’t give up, because yall are OPEN. You say “mobile orders only” then I talk and you say you’re tired. IM TIRED TOO, we all are at this hour. I get nobody is superhuman, but get the right workers in here, or close earlier. It’s a disappointment.

Food quality is terrible!!! I just ordered some Doritos locos taco that shells were so chewy I’ll never order them from any Taco Bell again.
Food tastes like plastic because they never cook anything fresh anymore. It comes in bags, and they reheat in the bags, and the refried beans are powdered. Vegetables come cut up in bags. I worked for them at 16 and they cooked, baked and cut up fresh in the restaurant. Not anymore. I go to Taco Casa. They are the Taco Bell of yesteryear. All fresh ingredients! Not Taco Bell!

Of course my rating's going to be the same. I don't understand why I came here again. It was just quick and convenient but I go to the drive-thru they say that they take Google pay Apple pay but then I have to give them my phone which they can't tap because my finger ain't on it. So that was a lot. And then when I take my box out of the window half my food falls out in my lap because why wouldn't you put it in a bag? Why would you do that? Poor customer service on in all areas. That's how you do that. I ran Taco Bell and KFC for 13 years and I have never seen service like this. I've never seen people who just did not care and I've never given anybody a box that fell out in their lap ever. I don't know how we're still open over here and I sure don't know why I keep showing up here
