This was the first taco bell that I actually felt welcomed. I messed up the drink and they helped me by changing the drink for me. Truly the small bits of great service make the best environment. Thank you Abrams road Taco Bell.

Every time I have gone to this location the debit card machine is down, the food has been cold, and the staff has been rude. I went there about 15 minutes ago and there's employees inside there's cars in the parking lot and the lights are on but yet the moment I pulled up the menu went dark and the recording came up saying they were now closed. I have been going to that Taco Bell periodically over the last 5 years mainly because of the fact that they are usually the only place open outside of McDonald's and Whataburger that is close to my house and when you're hungry you're hungry. Not once have I ever seen them closed outside of on holidays. If you're smart steer clear of this location they don't care about the customers and the food sucks if you want Taco Bell find a different location. Go to the one on Greenville Avenue. The customer service is always on point and the food is always fresh.

This is the worst Taco bell in the history of Taco Bells..they treated me like crap! I will never be back! Maybe because I am older and Noone in there looked over 18.. The were also on their phones the whole time!

Well, I didn't like it very much because when I received my taco.It didn't have hardly any cheese on it at all. Also, the taco shell wasn't even full. Then to top that all off all the ingredients were pushed over to one side. I didn't like it. I didn't like it. But I went back in and told the manager and everyone there was quite friendly. And remade my taco.

This specific location is the worst. Horrible customer service. I try not to ever order from this location, but sometimes the apps used for delivery just pick one for you. Every single time we have ordered from here, the order is wrong in so many ways. Tonight was the epitome of their incompetence. We ordered 6 items, and only one of those items came out correct. 2 cool ranch taco supremes, sub blk beans came with meat and not supreme. It was missing the cool ranch cheesy Gordita Crunch. They put blk beans on the regular Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The 5-layer burrito had blk beans instead of beef. The staff deserves a pay reduction. How can you mess an order up this bad? Its almost as if they tried to mess it up. This location needs to shut down and retrain the entire staff.
