They basically said they were out of everything that I ordered because they didn’t wanna make anything. I asked what they did have available and basically he couldn’t tell me anything so…… The worst

They’re always forgetting to put items let alone correct items in orders. When you go up there they don’t even speak when you enter this location.

I was completely rushed causing me to remove myself from the drive-thru lane to download the app and order the food and then only to have items missing and everything cold employees were just rude and unhelpful I would not recommend this Taco Bell at all

Jesus was very rude at drive through window he took very long to make our drinks and looked like he was doing something to our drinks so we requested for a refund Jesus said he couldn't do refund and my boyfriend went in to speak with manager and received return for 2 5dollar boxes if Jesus had good customer service Taco bell lost our buisness due to your rude employee who seemed races now I'm sending ice to that location
Ordered a chalupa and nacho fries. Everything was going great until I started eating the nacho fries, they were stale and seemed old. As I dug in deeper I took a bite and I regretted it immediately… it tasted like old dumpster food! It was so foul it tasted the way a dead animal smells I was so disgusted and I actually threw it up! Plssss be careful on coming here for all we know they could be throwing trash pieces in our food.

This location always closes before it’s supposed to. I do not see how the night manager still has a job. I went the other night at 1:45 AM and not a soul was there the drive-through speaker acknowledges that was there and asked me if I would like to give a code. I sit there and finally figure it out there was nobody in that restaurant. I’ve seen it close several times early, but I thought because the app accepted my order and took my money that they were open this time. I don’t see how managers get away with doing stuff like this and not get terminated.
Garbage location. Sent out the wrong items. When I sent them back they sent the exact same bag out to my car. Don’t ever pull forward. Just wait at the window until they get it right.
I did a mobile order and waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for them to bring someone else's order and then tell me mine on the way and still waited even longer for my food they got the drive thru that came after us before my mobile order

They stop taking orders except for door dash, but they don’t close off their one lane blocked-in drive thru. So you get stuck in a line of dashers and you can’t escape, and you don’t get any food. Put a cone at the drive thru if it’s closed. I was stuck in the line for 20 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous.
Every time I took a bite of my beefy 5 layer burrito I was chewing on hard pieces of I don’t know what. Opened the burrito up and the refried beans looked off white. I will not be coming back to this location.
Again, service slow and not much attention details.
