Good service and friendly. I think it was a one man show at night and if so he did great.
Don’t go here. The employees were some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered, acting irritated that we were even placing an order. The overall experience was incredibly unpleasant, I won’t be back.

The rudest worst customer service ever. Today is the 31st of July. I went here at 8:26 pm. The young girl at the windows was really rude close the windows in my face. She cut me off while I was trying to order more. When I got to the windows I ask for mild sauce and she walked away. Will never go here again!

I found Antonise P extremely rude and dismissive during my drive-thru experience.
After every item I ordered, she kept asking, “Is that it?” — clearly trying to wrap up my order
It might not sound bad now, but in the moment, it felt rushed and off-putting.
My order wasn’t complicated or customized, just standard items.
Still, she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering.She seemed impatient and unwilling to listen, which made the experience uncomfortable.

I found Antonise P rude and dismissive. During the drive-thru, she would ask me after every single item I would add if that was it. Doesn't sound bad now, but in the moment, I could tell she was trying to wrap up my order. Mind you, I got 3 items that were not customized or anything. I found it a little odd and rushing, but left it alone. She didn't fully strike me as rude until I got my ordered and when I briefly checked to make sure everything was in there, she immediately told me to pull forward and check because she's being timed... I found it incredibly rude that she put that responsibility on me to worry about. Come to find out, I was missing my sauces which I could have noticed if she didn't rudely disrupt me. I find it in-appropriate that she told me that she was being timed, especially for her to put that responsibility on me as a customer. I hope this isn't a normal tolerance from employees.

I’d give zero if I could since I received ZERO service. My total was 10.15. I gave the cashier $21.00. She couldn’t figure out how to give me back $10.85 in change.
Then I got to work and had the wrong food. When I called the store, it goes straight to voicemail. When I got through to someone at their 1-800 number. Their offer was to send me a $5 coupon since my purchase was in store.

Rude, couldn't add to my order when I was at the window. Had missing items. Did go back to order what I couldn't add. Had ti prove that I was missing 2 tacos.

I just had to order on a kiosk. The people that walked up got their food. First taco, bell is definitely going downhill. It's not fast food anymore, and it's actually getting expensive.
