Arrived at 10:00am for some breakfast. Drive thru menu had the breakfast menu on the right. But when I went to ordered was told that this location does not do breakfast. Why is it on the menu? Why is it online? So a 1 star for false advertising food. But 3-star for the Worker saying no breakfast, he was polite in saying Nope.

I used to hate coming to this location. I've come here 3times in the last year. And I must say! It is great now! Great employees and super nice. 5 stars for this place! Good job guys! Just left the drive thru! And he was great! 2-25-2024

The 4-Star rating is only because of the building and location. What really matters is the food. And during this visit, my food was on point. It was actually better than some of the other locations that I’ve visited before. As for the service. The service was quite good. Every single worker I interacted with was very pleasant and nice. This Taco Bell go at your own risk. The employees have bad attitudes. They're Papa, attitude quickly. I don't know what their problem is. The thing about it is I didn't make you mad today. If you upset, don't come to work and take it. Out on everybody that drive up to the draft. If the employees in the drive through has an attitude like that either the manager has attitude. Or is the manager of the Cinderella or the owner of the company has a attitude? So everybody has an attitude.I give the service 0-

Some time ago, I did have an issue with this location. I toke up 1/2 my lunch trying to get my order corrected. But I decide to try them again and I was thoroughly surprised.The service as greatly improved. The young man at the drive they window is doing a great job, the service is faster and the food is prepared well.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive through just now no one answered and then I pulled up to the window and the lady is at the counter on her phone I honked even knocked on the window and then a disrespectful lady came said I didn’t hear you pull up I said I been honking waving and knocked on the window. She made excuses and didn’t want to solve the issue and that’s why they have zero business coming in.

I was with a friend, he drove. When we got out, someone approached us in the parking lot and told us if we were going to the other place, we couldn't park there. He made it a point to get in our face and act as if he was the police even though we were eating at Taco Bell. He continued to have smart remarks and be rude even once I was inside. I ordered and after I ordered I could tell that they were talking to the staff and the cook about me. I felt very uneasy and targeted so I asked for my money back. No way I was taking the chance eating that food. They refused to give my money back. I've written Taco Bell corporate with no response yet. I will continue to pursue and talk with the BBB as well.
