Soft taco shell was hard. I asked for no lettuce, cashier confirmed twice. I still had lettuce on my taco. My beefy 5 layer burrito was about half the size it is at other locations and had only beans and no meat.

I ordered online last night. When I got there the girl working drive thru told me they were only taking online orders and DoorDash orders. When I told her I ordered online she returned and said she couldnāt make the order because they were cleaning. It was still 30 minutes before closing and the order had been placed 10 minutes prior. When I arrived they werenāt cleaning. They were sitting in the lobby on their phones. I told her the app had already taken my money and she refused to help resolve the situation in any way. I asked her if I could just substitute some stuff. She said they couldnāt make anything. At that point I asked why she said they were only accepting online orders if they couldnāt make ANYTHING. She then told me I had to take that up with corporate and cut off the speaker. Iāll never return to this location again. Iāve lived in this area for years and never dealt with these type of issues here. And to handle a customer the way she did just shows the lack of service and professionalism at this location. And she didnāt care one bit.
