Taco Bell store supposed to open at 09:00. It is currently 9:40 and they are still not open, what's the point of posting hours of operations if you're not going to abide by the hours and open on time. This Taco Bell location is inside TA truck stop where drivers have schedules and don't have time to wait for them to open. Unsatisfactory

I was starving and I was ready to eat any meal, but when I went to order food the person on the cash register told me that they didn’t have any meat whatsoever. They were quite rude about it as well. So I figured I would go to the Burger King that’s also located inside the same building. Once I got my food at Burger King and sat down to eat, I had a clear view of the same person working the register making themselves a full meal with meat. When I walked by again, I saw all the employees behind the counter sitting and playing on their phones. 0/10 would not recommend

This Taco Bell at 7751 Bonnie View Rd in Dallas, TX has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. I highly recommend staying away from this location. The entire staff needs serious customer service training—especially the night shift cashiers. Very disappointing.

First I should inform anyone thinking about dining here that the menu is only a partial menu. Most of the best stuff is missing.
The service was not great. The girl who rang me up clearly hated her job and mumbled everything she was saying to me.
The food itself was what I've come to expect from Taco Bell. It was edible at least. The burritos were wrapped in the wrong direction as usual, so the various ingredients were in layers instead of present throughout.
I can't say I'd recommend coming here unless you're just grabbing something and dipping, and don't care about the crappy service.

If someone from taco bell heads is reading this review then please fire those girls who work here coz they’re getting paid for nothing like i went in to order … first of all two of them saw me and went inside the kitchen and then one lady came out and without even me saying anything she said we just have crispy stacked tacos that’s it I mean if you don’t have anything then why you guys are open and the worst thing is their behavior with customers
