I waited to order, i asked the employee can i order,then the lady come from back start saying you can’t talk to her she is child And refused to take order. There was guys behind me even they said that i just asked her to order.So arrogant and started yelling

The worst Taco Bell in my life… asked for bean burritos with potatoes - they don’t have, asked chicken quesadillas- they don’t have, asked few more stuff - nothing! Pizza Hut is the same… they have nothing! Why they chill there then ? Also rude black lady. Not recommended

The nacho bell grande meal chips where stale and tasted/looked like they pulled a bag of the shelve from the gas station that shares the same space. I live over an hour away and needed a place to get lunch. Glad I won't be back to this location waste of $ and it looks like they just threw it all together/ combined it to mask it.

Lazy people that can’t seem to figure out how to up charge for a drink so you have to take whatever drink comes with the combo. They can’t even just give you a large cup instead of medium. I guess they will get fired for it or something. Take their sweet time to make the pizza. Make this your last

We are traveling across country and stopped here with our family and they employees wouldn’t greet us or respond. we asked if we could order to one of them and they said not me you can order from her and pointed to a different employee which is fine i guess but they already seemed annoyed. the food smelled awful and stale it was barely edible and they should throw out the bad shells and parts of the food that had clearly expired. they don’t have baja blast at this location either or cheesy roll ups like we are used to at our hometown but when we asked for them they got even more bothered by us and we didn’t even care that they didn’t have what we asked for. they don’t hand out any type of water cups either which we just aren’t used to but when we asked they were again annoyed and rolling their eyes… we get it it’s a fast food place and you don’t want to be here but we are all people so i don’t know why we were treated poorly right off the bat.

The lady who works here kept holding a trash bag while on the phone, texting, and acting like she's changing it for straight 15 minutes, just while we were all waiting to order the service. It's so frustrating. I waited there for 18 minutes and still couldn't get a chance to order. I had to go to the Burger King next to it. Please hire better staff; us truckers are already limited on time.

Worst Taco Bell experience to date (and there have been some terrible ones)!!!1st. The Google information says they close at 11. I go in at 9:55 and see them mopping you. "That's cool" I think since it's important to keep it clean but I find out it's because they close at 10. Not the 11pm stated on Google. Okay, I'm still good. So I start to order.2. The young man politely stops me to inform me that they have no beans and no race. I don't eat meat and choose Taco Bell because they have tons of vegetarian options. Not this one though.How can you be a tex mex spot without beans and rice!!!! Then,3. I chilled out and was just gonna get some nachos with lettuce , tomatoes and sour cream but then he told me my total. $13!!! For what? 10 oz of cheese and chips, a couple ounces of tomatoes and lettuce and a dollop of sour cream?!??!.It was at this point, I headed to Jack in the Box! And even though they only have a few things that I can eat, they had ALL OF THEM IN STOCK. Safe to say I won't be back to the TA gas station's "fast food" places again!
