A robot location getting ready to close because people in the area where it is located use CASH and so they go where they can. We are killing our economy with this automated trend. People want to be served by other people! The human connection is lost along with the flavor in this food. It was like eating styrofoam topped with hit sauce... But not even the hot sauce had any flavor! The 1 of 2 employees working this day told me this location will be gone by the end of the year along with her job. Can transfer cuz of transportation issues. This company has forgotten who put them and kept them in business....PEOPLE!

I don’t even know how this Taco Bell is still open sometimes when I come here it be hours before they close and I’ll be waiting for forever for someone to take my order and I tried pulling up to the window and it looks like nobody is even in there like that is actually crazy. The workers pick and choose when they wanna actually work whoever be there at night just be milking the company.

they told us it was a 25 minute wait to ORDER!!! What is the point of this the drive thru was empty and nobody was inside just two employees on their phone and I get this is a bad area but I still expect professional environment and I will not come back. I hope yall get stuff together….

waited in line for 30 minutes (it was us and two other cars and they WERENT busy) and every single food item was incorrect.
I had a interview at 2:00pm I arrived at 1:30pm and the cashier said they’re not hiring at the moment but it’s a sign on the door saying we’re hiring plus very unprofessional

The Dorito shell for the Gordita is always stale on a least 3 occasions I eat them quite frequently and you guys have to be the worst in the metroplex with little to no cheese
