This Taco Bell is terrible on orders! The first time I ordered and food was missing, you order certain things to be put on your food and get charged for it and STILL DON'T put the items on food. I gave you guys another try to see if things had change and still very bad. What a rip off on customers when they pay for their food and not really get what they ordered. The manager needs to re-train employees or Corporate needs to step in regarding this location.

I was disappointed in the service and the atmosphere, as soon as me and my family of 3 walked in, there was a lady already trying to tell us she had been waiting over 30 minutes for her order. We still went ahead and ordered. The people working there have no sense of urgency. When we tried to get something to drink, the machines were all empty on syrup. So we proceeded to bring our cups to the front and waited about 10 minutes for someone to attend to us. At one point there was about 6-7 people in a line and not one worker came to the front register to attend or ask if we needed anything or if we were ok.

A/C wasn't working well. Bathrooms are locked, so you have to have someone let you in. While we were using the bathroom a worker tried to come in more than once. Let a person pee in private! Food took a while to come out, which is fine, we had a big order. But then the order was wrong. Employees didn't seem happy to have a big group come in. Glad I don't live nearby because I wouldn't come back.
The workers here are among the best. The food was fresher than a peppermint and the service was better than my mother in laws house. My tummy hurt a little bit after, but thats 👌

I just wanted to share that the people who work here are always awesome! I just witnessed a man scream in their face multiple times, and they still served him with a smile (which they should not have!). Not only that, they 100% kept it pushing after that experience and made sure I had a good customer service experience. The food is always done thoughtfully & makes me feel like I'm getting my money's worth when you consider how expensive fast food has gotten. Good job, yall. ❤️

I ordered 3 tacos and a famous bowl and they told me to park in front to wait for my order I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes and I went inside to check on my food just for it to be sitting there ready for I don’t know how long when I went to go eat my food looked unappetizing and soggy.
