Corporate needs to come to this location and clean house. All the employees do is kick it and chill. My food is always wrong, they make it so sloppy and odd I just got a bean cheese and rice burrito and it's straight beans. All new items are disgusting bc they make it all wrong all burritos are flat and every taco I get is broken and cracked. Clean house!

I stood at the counter while I watched a lady wipe down the ovens, etc. she looked at me a few times but never acknowledged that I was there or needed someone to take my order. The manager, who was also working drive thru finally came and took my order. He charged me for an item I didn’t order. I had to go back to the counter for a refund where I waited another 10 minutes since the manager was also working drive thru.

Rarely get fast food anywhere but still get an occasional craving for a burrito Supreme. Sadly, prices are high for what you get, lots of Tortilla mushy filling and barely any lettuce and tomatoes. The packaged sauces save the day. Won't be going again for a long time!

Just moved from SoCal, and we had a KFC/Taco Bell. When I tell you, I was so excited to see another. Anyways, we went through the DT on March 1st around 830pm. The employee working the DT was extremely sweet and had amazing customer service. Although the older gentleman had a thick, he was very clear, repeated our order, and made sure we had everything we needed. He is truly the main reason why I will return to this location!

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. First of all it’s mostly a KFC with a Taco Bell afterthought and very cheaply done on the inside. Second they messed up my order and left out the burrito and tried to tell me there is no burrito with what I ordered. I showed them the paper sign they use to advertise their menu and it shows “burrito” in the name of the combo. She still said there is no burrito with it so I pointed at the picture of the combo which clearly shows a burrito. Even the people around me were laughing. Needless to say they gave me the burrito which was the worst burrito I’ve ever tried. I eat Taco Bell quite a bit and this is the first time my stomach felt upset for several hours afterwards. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I know I won’t ever go back to this location. I wouldn’t even try the KFC here since it’s all the same kitchen.

This is really fast "fast food" this is a KFC/TACO BELL combo, but it's pretty good for the price, KFC chicken is always very tasty, the Taco Bell is also a good value for the money, very nice service here, the dinning area is large and clean, if you gotta use the bathroom you have to ask for the key, overall it's a good location and the price is right

The app isn't working for me for this location, so I couldn't order what I wanted originally since it was an online specific deal. I did see a new item at the drive thru so I was in a better mood. They were out of Pepsi, and didn't offer an alternative so I asked if they had coke or dr. pepper which they just said yes and not saying which they had. I prefer both over Pepsi, so that won't ruin my day. I pay and drive back to work only to discover that they didn't give me the correct items. I haven't actually ordered at this location before because they were out of common items the last time I came here and didn't feel like playing the guessing game to what they actually had in stock. The only reason why I didn't give them 1 star is because the drink was decent. It sort of tastes like Pepsi.

Everytime I go here I have to pull forward and wait on the food. Then when they bring it, they don't bring sauce or napkins. Then you can't explain or ask cause they don't understand what you are saying.

Tattoo Lady has a terrible attitude it's obvious it's not just me. I went back here thinking she was fired, but nope! Still there frowning and being short at the very customers responsible for her paycheck. At my business, I provide excellent customer service and customers appreciate it. That woman is Terrible!! Because of her, I won't be back. Simply patronizing a business should not come with that kind of Ryde behavior.
