I have been to this location before and never had an issues with the service. Unfortunately that changed today…. The drive through worker Lilian D. should really consider checking her attitude while working. I’m sure if she did my order would have been correct! I was charged extra for something I did not order. She should also understand that this location is close to the highway and of course during rush hour it will be tough to hear especially if you are speaking in a low tone. Her body language said it all while I was waiting on my order at the window. I blame mgmt as well because I’m sure you can hear how she’s speaking to customers through the drive through and as well see that she has negative body language at the window. If you don’t like working somewhere then don’t work there. I don’t plan on spending any of my money here again! Please give her better training!

It's like they like their skimping in the protein or that's how they keep cost down but there wasn't enough on my chalupa
So far so good! Ordered through the app around 7:30pm, nobody in the drive thru it or in the parking lot either. Told them my mobile order at the speaker and pulled forward to a Chiraq or Compton level security Lazy Susan, which is unnerving because I didn't think the area was bad like that but it is what it is, glad they're staying safe.
All the food was there and made properly, only thing missing was sauces but who cares? It's just sauce, I have sauce at home.
Very smooth drive thru, and the food was good as far as Taco Bell goes! Whoever worked the shift during 7/12/24 at 7:30pm, you are appreciated!
So much better than the Northwest Highway location. Next time I go if I still get the same service/food I will go 5 stars.
Vegetarian options: Taco Bell has a very good vegetarian menu, you can sub black beans instead of meat in a lot of menu items.
Parking: Huge parking lot for a Taco Bell, very surprised.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance to dining room.

Worst drive thru experience ever, if you're going to ask me to pull forward to wait on my order I would at least expect everything to be in the bag. The drive thru only has one line, you're basically trapped in the drive thru so if you are missing something you've gotta wait on the line. Was there for basically ten minutes trying to get my chips and dip after receiving my bag. Was going to just leave a review regarding the drive thru experience but the food was probably the worst taco bell I've ever gotten as well. Yea it's taco bell but for $11+ for one meal it crazy that my quesadilla half was basically just tortilla with barely a hint of cheese, the cantina tacos which were bomb at other locations were horrible, the tortilla was basically stale bc of how badly it was "crisped", the only good thing was the soft supreme tacos
Beef chalupa will serve real nice and hot
