I went there at 8pm. They said their dine in already closed. But in their website or taco bell app didn't mention anything like what time dine in close. In this location they close dine in whenever they want.

Staff is good.
Building is good.
Location great.
Food serving portions is the worst I've ever seen.
My crunchwrap supreme was all wrap no crunch.
Bean burrito could have used a bit more filling, but I know it's hard times right now.
Beefy melt burrito must have been a vegan as it lacked the beef, plenty of rice though.
5 layer burrito was about the only item that appeared to have been made somewhat decently.

Edit 2025: Still crappy and they don't even answer their phone. That's assuming the number on file is even operational.

T Zero

One of the slowest & worst taco bells.

I useally go the other ones in the area.
Useally order though the app & pickup & it's ready by the time I get there.

But sometimes I go to this one & at this one always, even if I ask for something small like a soft taco or 2.

They ask you to pull around the front & they bring it out. & It's always burned & don't taste right. Mabe it's the freeway atmosphere idk.

Whoever is in charge of staffing and drive thru metrics needs to be fired or removed from their position. Very poorly run, clearly whoever is in charge has NO Idea how to run a restaurant. If I were them, I would be embarrassed

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE WORST TACO BELL TO GO TO WORKERS ARE VERT RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I HAD TO COME BACK 3 TIMES FOR MY ORDER TO NOT BE CORRECT ALL 3 times AND WAS TOLD NO REFUND NO REMAKE THE LINE WAS RIDICULOUSLY LONG AND ALL THE WORKERS WERE STANDING AROUND ON THEIR PHONES THEN THEY WERE TAUNTING ME AT THE DOOR BECAUSE I WANTED MY FOOD OR MONEY

My family and I was in the drive thru.
After the automated voice came on, the ā€œmanagerā€ came on the box and asked us to hold on. So we did.
ā€œManagerā€ comes back on the box irritated with us asking to take our order as if he forgot he put us on hold. No big deal, we’re all human, right?
We place our first order, total of 3 basic items , No special instructions provided. Simple enough.
Now we ask to place a second order, and this is when the ā€œmanagerā€ turns into Deebo. He told us with his chest he is NOT taking a third order. How did we get to order number 3 , idk. Maybe he premeditated being irritated in the future with us.
Nevertheless, we thought he was playing so we responded with we don’t have a third order but here’s the code for the next order. WHY DID WE DO THAT, omg?!
Manager: I SAID IM NOT TAKING A THIRD ORDER! GET WAY FROM MY WINDOW OR IM CALLING THE POLICE! IDC IDC , YOU CAN GO TO THE TACO BELL ON JIM MILLER!! and continues his ā€œmanagerā€ filled rage. At this time we didn’t know he was the head huncho, so we asked who is the manager because what the hellyyy is going on. Dude is trying to take us out of character with children around. Back to the story though..
Again, he puts his full mouth back on the head, and goes IM THE MANAGER AND I SAID IM NOT TAKING A THIRD ORDER AND JIM MILLER TACO BELL IS DOWN THE STREET!!
We’re like okay ? But it’s a franchise so why are pushing customers to give another location money? Anywho.. the saga continues..
So, we explained we didn’t mind waiting for the police if he called them. We both got the same time and opportunity to call them and wait. ATP, there’s silence and crickets. I was going to wait for DPD since it’s the principle of it. There’s no way he thought we would be shaking in our boots at the fact he wanted to waste the police time. Plus, if you know the area , good luck with them showing up on Friday night, where they’re preoccupied in the surrounding neighborhoods and drama from deep ellum, south Dallas, lower Greenville, etc. I definitely had time to waste if we must.
At this point, we still couldn’t leave .. Why, you might ask? Because the ā€œmanagerā€ isn’t serving the CUSTOMERS who was there before us and it’s more CUSTOMERS behind us he still needed to refer to the other location since he didn’t want this one to make anymore money clearly.
Eventually, the cars ahead of us pulled off. As we’re leaving, building is empty and mister manager seemed to be in the parking cooling in the car/suv with the door open. Cars still in the drive thru, leaving with us because it gives them the impression it’s closed. Another L.
Now.. Did we go to the other Taco Bell?? Nope, heading their way next to leave a wonderful review. It must be great there if we’re being told to leave this place we’re already at and ordered with to go to that location.
Moral of the Review: The Mockingbird location was EXCELLENT! Very patient and courteous with my family from the time the box answered us to the time we left. Food was fresh and drinks were good. We even shared several laughs with them as they collected our money. Oh and PS, the Jim Miller location has a higher rating than this one so thanks to the ā€œmanagerā€ for putting me on for next time.

Taco shells were stale. Waited over 30mins in line. Couldn't reverse because two cars were ahead of me and behind me. Waited over 30mins for cold, stale tacos. The worker said he/she was working alone. Not the employee's fault but management needs to get with the program. Staff doesn't need to be working under pressure like that. Just close next time.

I’m currently in the ā€œdrive thru laneā€ā€¦ it is 1:36AM and I’ve been here since 1:14AM, I am still 2 cars from the window. This is seriously insane! It’s fast food, tacos for goodness sake! Funniest part is the ā€œlive meterā€ on my google maps says it’s not busy… how long is the wait when busy?
Ha! I’m finally at the window!!! She just asked me if it’s a ā€œpick up orderā€, I’m like, well it’s a drive thru order, I wasn’t planning on taking it inside to eat. lol.
I have my bag of 2 tacos!!! It is 1:43AM. I coulda’ gone to a full service restaurant and had my food in equal time!?!?
