The can never get it right. The first time I got some food all the meat was cold, when I told the manager that it seem like they didn't even warm the meat up he agreed that due to the shift change they must of rushed and gave me some ground beef they didn't even warm up. I had to ask him DID HE KNOW THAT IF THE FOOD TEMPERATURE WASN'T AT 145 DEGREES OR COOK TO 145 THAT IT COULD GET ME SICK! The next 2 times I went i ordered the steak Chalupa both times my bread was so hard. I couldn't even eat it, paying a total for like $35 for the food. When? I came back the third time, which is the second time I got a Chalupa. I asked him to please make sure my bread wouldn't be hard. And when I got home, it seemed like they tried to make sure they could find the hardest bread they could find, just because I asked that

we got the worst food you could ever get at Taco Bell on Illinois avenue we got home and everything was smashed the tacos were all separated the beefy nachos was smashed beyond recognition I have never had the worst service in my life. My husband is living he didn't even want to pay for it but we had already paid for it so we're having it ordered again it better be right this time.

Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in .. no way it’s taking 15 plus mins for food .. then we can’t drive off if we wanted too!! Terrible

The food, service and atmosphere is amazing. It’s usually a wait time up to 3-5 minutes no more than that but it’s always worth it. Your food will be served fresh and I love that the food isn’t so pricey.

Totally ignored in the dining room for the drive thru line, people were losing their minds. Over an hour waiting for my food. Not a word from staff. Cancelled my order, put in another order over an hour later, and had to wait in the drive thru for ~40 minutes. I get being behind, I worked at a Taco Bell years ago, but not even so much as a word from the staff is crazy. Kind of a shame since I had liked this place before this.

I ordered a Crunch Wrap supreme and it had no meat in it. it was all tomatoes, lettuce, and sauce.

This location is EXTREMELY slow. Have been multiple times since the rebuild and each time has been anywhere from 45 min to an hour. Faster to just go to the location a few miles west down Illinois.

Slow and expensive, the opposite of what fast food is supposed to be. Drive through takes forever and you are trapped in line. Waited over 30 mins. Never coming back.
