They were so confused we had to repeat the order several times. When we drove up to the window we ask to repeat our order and they still had it wrong. Finally when we got the food the taco was still missing😫 at thus point we're already frustrated 😠and cars behind are honking and nothing we can do. Finally got the taco drove off to a disappointment. When we pon the taco nothing but lettuce tomatoes and cheese no meat and the beef burrito was a tortilla burrito not a beef burrito. A big rip off paid so much for this and bad service. We'll never go back we thought a new place with better service but not at all it is still the same old crappie service before they remodeled the place. ðŸ˜

It's 11 am on a Thursday doors locked ignoring the speaker entirely look through doors employees just look away and ignore you total waste of time and awful employees that clearly aren't trying to work at the time the business should be most busy

They where all rude and disrespectful. They would not let me order because they said I didn’t respond at the speakerphone and I said I was sorry I didn’t hear and they said yes u did and kept going with it until I got pissed. I told them look I came yesterday and talk got my order wrong there for my 4 year old did not eat and I didn’t go back or complain. But I get treated like trash for not hearing the low ass person talking to me . I clearly said I didn’t hear and they did not care they would not take my order and called the police because I was holding the line up. They even came out to take pics of my car and I took pics back and here they are. They all should be fired from . Taco Bell got low ass standards in workers. They all stand around talking not working. The restaurant was closed inside and it was only 8

The dining area is never open according to the posted hours. The past three times I've gone they've been out of chicken. Biggest annoyance are the incorrect hours.
