It is clearly indicated on the menu what type of food I wish to order via the kiosk. The staff member informed me that my order was ready. However, upon inspecting my meal, I noticed that it did not match the description on the menu. I politely pointed out the discrepancy to the staff member, who insisted that the order was correct. In fact, I had ordered a 3 cheese chicken Flatbread melt, but she had prepared a burrito instead. She proceeded to open the fajita and show me the contents, displaying a lack of etiquette and rudeness. I returned the food to her, expecting that I would not be charged due to the error. She has bad customer service and doesn't know how to handle a simple issue but shows no ability to better herself towards her customers...so sad!

Best TacoBell experience in a while here. Bean and cheese burritos were portioned well and not skimpy and no dry beans. Crispy tacos were actually crispy not sand bagged and soggy. Crunch wrap was toasted perfectly. Drive thru service was quick and efficient.

The food is great,but the service is super bad!! There is a Mexican girl in there that has a major attitude problem!! She's rude and acts like her job is the hardest thing in the world!! How can taking orders be that horrible? She doesn't even make any food. If she hates it that much she really needs to find something else. Taco Bell should really make it a point to fire people that act like they hate their job as much as she does. It's not our fault she can't get a better job! She should be thankful to have the one she has

I’ve ordered Uber eats from this Taco Bell 3 times and requested fire sauce packets every time, and every time there are ZEROOOO in the bag….I can confidently speak for your entire customer base when I say your hot sauce is an integral part of the meal experience with you guys….BE BETTER and make sure the orders are correct and complete.

Order my from doordash requested it is handed to me because we have stray cats in the neighborhood. when I looked out the window my bag was there had they ripped into the animals have went through my food. Do not order food from these people the customer service is bad the employees do not care and DoorDash refund in my whole amount but I had to stay on there behind
