Today I went to eat at the place, they gave me an incomplete order so I told them to give me my money back and the assistant manager said no and told the other employee who accompanied her to forget about me and he didn't give me back my money I paid $12.97 apart from long wait and all the sticky dirty table

I went to this location today for lunch and played my order at the kiosk. After receiving my order, I went to the condiment area to grab hot sauce and they're wasn't any nor any napkins. I asked the cashier and she wasn't too fond of me being there like I was bothering her. She never smiled and just looked at me waiting to leave. I wouldn't eat there or order from that trashy restaurant ever again. Horrible customer service.

They take a lot of time to serve you, I have to come to this taco bell because is close to my work and it is unbelievable the time they take to serve you!!!!! They just don’t care, even that you are in front of them they just don’t move , please hite different people ,

I went through the drive thru on this trip to Taco Bell. No line during rush hour! They asked if I wanted to round up for scholarships which is always a plus. I got my food very quickly. I ordered two chicken quesadillas and they were both delicious. Highly recommended.

This taco bell location has gone down hill very quickly.new staff is slow and takes forever with orders.they also fail to add the extra ingredients i PAY for.this has happened the last 3 times ive been to this location.if i pay the extra dollar per bowl for beef i expect my beef.

I have never gotten a correct order from this particular location. My last order was two burritos and some nachos. Real simple. Once again I am let down. Missing a whole burrito. I wouldn't care except that Taco Bell is no longer cheap and that's $3 that I'm out of pocket because this location refuses to hire anyone that gives a damn. Maybe it's that these poor people are just beat down to the point where they don't care anymore. I've worked retail I get that! It's just sad and disappointing. If I added up every incorrect order based on what I paid for it I would probably have over $50 just this year. Sadly this is the only Taco Bell close to where I work and I don't have enough time to go to another location.

This is the worst Taco Bell. You would think the employees have to personally pay for all the toppings. I’ve been 3x’s and every time I order tacos they come with a sliver or meat & cheese, & a few tiny strands of lettuce. The tacos are 95% shell with maybe 5% toppings, if you’re lucky. I now drive further to a nearby location.

Constantly have to wait over 30 minutes for food. Food is always thrown together. Service is wack. They are always out of certain food items. One of the worst Taco Bell locations in Dallas.

Ordered the nocho fries for $5-$6 and had to go back because the severely under served us and scammed us out of money and the picture is the TOTAL amount AFTER going back and getting the amount corrected and BOTH times got barely 10 fries and like half a scoop of meat and cheese. It is absolutely pathetic and shameful that they think it's ok to give so little for so much money. Absolutely shameful..

I waited half an hour for my food, and probably would have waited longer if I hadn’t gone up to the counter and asked for it myself. The staff was extremely inefficient, for a whole 10 minute period nobody was making any food, and it seemed like they were prioritizing the drive thru instead of the dine in customers. One lady even left bc she was on lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer. I am on lunch break too and spent half of my break waiting for my food. My receipt says ordered at 12:42 and I didn’t get my food until 1:14pm. This is ridiculous. Corporate needs to come and take a look at the inefficiency issues here. I am not coming back here again if I can help it. And the 12 people left waiting in the dining room I hope they got their food.
