Every time I go to this store, they always find something missing from my to-go order. This is my fifth visit, and I ordered through the to-go app thinking I'd get my entire order that way, but when I got home and opened the order again, something was missing. I go to this store because it's the closest to my home. But it's annoying not having my entire meal.

I mean it's taco bell, the only problem I have are the prices, they are ridiculous! $2.79 for a crunchy supreme taco that you guys always end up breaking before giving it to the customer. I'll just go to a REAL taco joint with real ingredients that charges less.

They did not bring me the correct food whenever I did delivery here. I am missing some food on my end. I can go back to not having a vehicle and I called the delivery driver which was I believe doordash. She said that that's the bag that they gave him. Please don't order delivery from this place unless you don't want the complete order.

To be fair I always order from home so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but the food is always good. Probably the best of any location I’ve ever been to! And they’ve only gotten my order wrong like, a single time in the dozens I’ve ordered from them. Great consistency y’all! I never worry.

I went through the drive-through with my elderly mother and my special needs child and experienced the best customer service and patients I’ve ever experienced in a drive-through. Usually people are very impatient. Keep asking you over the intercom. Is there anything else before you can complete your sentence but Ms. Makayla and Sandra very patient, precise, and polite. Need more employees like them!

Picture it... 8.6.24 @ 6:45pm It's been a long day at work, and you just want to grab a quick meal, eat, and get some shut eye before starting it all again the next day..

You get to the drive-thru speaker, and the attendant barks a rehearsed salutation.

The attendant then rushes you through your order with a "what else" before you can even finish the first request?

You forgot to order a drink (probably from being rushed), so when you get to the window, you ask to add water. The Shift Supervisor completely ignores you, and when the cashier (Nice guy!) makes you water, she barks at him, saying, "I don't know who you've worked the window with, but I don't do that!" looks you in your eyes and roll her eyes!

I guess customer service is completely dead...

Taco Bell's Core values must have changed a lot since I worked for YUM way back in the day!

To the guy who gave me the water, although she was your supervisor, not every leader can lead.. Don't let her steal your light. Keep being kind and treating people like you care. It will take you far!
