Manager lady around 2:59pm today was so rude from the moment I walked in she had a nasty look on her face which is sad because it's my very first time at Taco Bueno...even when I left I turned around to say thank you and she had an even nastier look on her face as if we were bothering her. I won't be coming back i would rather not have to deal with a horrible attitude.

There’s never anything bad to say about Taco Bueno, but rather its people.
I went to the drive-thru and I waited around 5 minutes saying hello and no one answered and so I drove up to the front to order inside. Once inside there were two women working at the front and I could see the drive-thru screen showing there were cars there. So I’m not sure why no one was taking care of drive-thru. The person who took my order just looked at me and expected me to order without any kind of “Hello, welcome, or, “what can I get for you.?” It was a silent transaction. I almost told them I was sorry for coming.
Love taco Bueno. Hated the service.

A actual puddle of urine in the middle of the lobby with zero effort from employees to clean it up or even cone it off. I walked through it before realising the store smelled like pee and thats what it was.
