Order combo #1 (muchaco,bean burrito and a crispy taco) I asked for chicken and they failed there also the crispy taco was a tortilla taco. The muchaco all I tasted was only beans they didn’t add anything else to it. I’m very upset because I am a very frequent customer and this is the 2nd time they do the same thing in a span of maybe 2 weeks I’m definitely going to stop going there I don’t think the lady’s working there care about what they give us the customers.

Pretty disappointing experience. I ordered a Nacho Salad (a big meal) and asked for extra sauce. The drive-thru lady handed me only 2 sauces with my food, then made me wait a couple of minutes before coming back to the window. When I asked for more, she slammed the fridge door and only gave me one extra. For the price of the meal, it feels stingy and rude to act like sauces are coming out of her paycheck. Not good customer service at all!!!!

Was craving Taco Bueno - never been to this location, but these are the worst beans of any Taco Bueno I’ve been to. They are obviously watered down with tap water & taste so bad. Also the taco shells were VERY stale. Taco Bueno is one of the only fast food places I go to, and this is certainly not the quality I expected. The employees were kind but the food is horrible.
I had hankering for some Mexican grub - so I went here because it was fast also. The food was good and it satisfied my itch. It’s not like some sit down places (ambience, servers/bus people ,unlimited chips and salsa) but that comes at extra cost as well. The prices were very reasonably as well.
