First time at Dallas location on Montfort so glad I stopped the Coppell location is trash with horrible customer service especially in drive thru and they give you very small portions this location answered my questions gave great customer service and my food looked so fresh and taste amazing!! I ordered the beef cabana bowl what I always order.

For fast food, Taco Cabana, is a clear winner. I have been to nice sit down restaurants that do not compare to the food served here. I drove hours to share this with my daughter and now she's forever in my debt. It is top of the food chain.

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Cabana location. The staff appeared to be goofing off instead of focusing on their work. The person who took our order was literally eating with food in his mouth, which felt very unprofessional. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked about our order, and they seemed confused—only then did they say they would start preparing it. It was clear there was a lack of urgency and accountability among the team. Unfortunately, this kind of service reflects poorly on the brand and may explain why this location seems to be struggling. Needless to say, I got a refund and walked out.

That Gary guy is literally a creep. He came up so close to me when handing me queso. Like I’m talking he tried to touch his belly onto my body, I had to back up so fast. Don’t take your girls here. Great food tho.

The food was great. The service was great. The employees were awesome. The Restroom was one of the worst i've ever seen. The men's room floor was wet with urine a d looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Everything else was clean. The dinning area, and kitchen area looked great.

The food here is horrible and the service is slow. They need to get a better cook in here, someone who understands really how this food should taste. I can make this at home. Please get a new manager and a cook. Fast food needs to be fast and fresh. Add salad to your taco salad and nog just a lot of rice. Rosas taste better and that’s where all of your business is going. What’s sets you apart is the access to alcohol. That’s it!

Damien was the prime example of what Great Customer Service looks like ! I didn't think Taco Cabana had V.I.P services 😜I called in a simple order twice( because I actually thought I was calling a different location but both times he answered even after I called him and insisted that he didn't even know where He was actually located !!lol!! that in itself surprised me no huff or puff he assured me patiently and nicely that I was wrong ! Lol!! I ordered for curbside and eventually got to his location lol he had my order waiting??what??!! once I got there ?..what??! Unheard of in my experience !! So Big ups ! & O just because he was so nice I decided to dine in since everything was clean that also is sometimes not the case at other locations ! He definitely made my day that day !thanks Damien keep up the good work! 🤠 👍🏾
