Food was ready but their new drinks we ordered weren't, took about 15mins to get there and took about 3-5 for two drinks. Really weird. Forgot jalapenos on the nachos, guy in the back cooking was definitely not having a good day and kinda rude. Overall probably the worst service I've had at TC food was alright.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is the next location to shut down. Their food has become subpar and on top of that the older white lady has a disgusting attitude and she should definitely not be working in customer service. They also don't know how to get an order right to save their life. I used to love taco cabana, but they've lost my business after today.

This location was fairly underwhelming. I’m not looking for fine dining, I am realistic this is a taco cabana. But in comparison to other locations this one is definitely lacking. Food is generally incorrect or cold, the salsa bar is not well cleaned or maintained and the staff is slow and uninviting. The breakfast burrito box was something I used to go out of my way to purchase for work and it has been of very poor quality, unfortunately the pricing has increased regardless of the contents being worse than before. Will likely not be returning to this location.

Absolutely the worst taco cabana I’ve ever been to… This location is two minutes from my house, but I drive 10 to 20 minutes out of my way for a better experience… Corporate please pay attention… It’s not only me my family and my friends have also said that this is the worst taco cabana! Please corporate I beg you intervene at this location! I’m still sitting here in the drive-through after 10 minutes with no response

The person at the counter ran outside when we got there. She came back and said Taco Casa was robbed at 5 am. It didn't explain why she ran out at 3pm. Every table was filthy. Not just used, but used with food left on them. We barely ate our food, but had been fasting. Won't go there again.

Horrible!!!!! Beef fajita tacos were burned and so old they could not el be chewed.
The chicken fajita tacos were the same. But included onions I expressly rejected in order.
There were other bits of something in my chicken. Not sure what it was. $33 and the only thing that didn't go into the trash was the salsa!!!!
I got the bowl, and it was tasteless. Garbage.
