Absolutely the worst taco cabana I’ve ever been to… This location is two minutes from my house, but I drive 10 to 20 minutes out of my way for a better experience… Corporate please pay attention… It’s not only me my family and my friends have also said that this is the worst taco cabana! Please corporate I beg you intervene at this location! I’m still sitting here in the drive-through after 10 minutes with no response

The person at the counter ran outside when we got there. She came back and said Taco Casa was robbed at 5 am. It didn't explain why she ran out at 3pm. Every table was filthy. Not just used, but used with food left on them. We barely ate our food, but had been fasting. Won't go there again.

Horrible!!!!! Beef fajita tacos were burned and so old they could not el be chewed.
The chicken fajita tacos were the same. But included onions I expressly rejected in order.
There were other bits of something in my chicken. Not sure what it was. $33 and the only thing that didn't go into the trash was the salsa!!!!

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Placed ordered online came in and was waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to assist me no one in sight. And finally someone assist me and tells me it’s going to be a minute well I’m still in line and it’s been literally 25 minutes not even exaggerating they barely put meat on the grill and keep telling customers 10 minutes and I’ve literally been here 25 minutes and after each customer comes in they keep saying 10 minutes. Horrible experience never coming back. And I’m stilll waiting here after 30 minutes I just asked how much longer and the guy said I’m not sure 😂 no wonder this restaurant is empty. Update after still waiting after 40 minutes and staff just walking around like chickens with there head cut off. No apology no acknowledgment nothing . Update after I asked the Mexican guy with the prison tattoos and bad dirty hair he want to try to fight me saying meet me outside. Owner please look at your cameras and see that I in no way am exaggerating. It’s now 9:46pm. Update finally got my food and it’s definitely going in the trash you think ima eat it after employee tried to forget me who knows what they did to it.
Smells like mold really bad in here and I work for a mitigation company the people who work here are nice and good workers but whoever owns this place needs to put some money into this place and fix it up

Didn't get a chance to eat here. No one was at the front to take my order. I yelled hello and saw someone in the kitchen who saw me and then went farther back into the restaurant where I couldn't see them. I thought maybe they were going to get the person who would take my order but several minutes later no one appeared so I left.

These kids must be high or something. I ordered my 2 meals, he only heard one. I had to re-order it, and he was trying to argue with me saying I didn't order it. I was just being passive trying to order my meal. Then sat there for 25 minutes and never got my order. He had to be reminded again because he was so focused on his mistake earlier that they Never even made the order after I paid. Service Sucks!
