I’m a driver for grub hub and I came to pick up an order and asked to use the restroom the Employee in the front then asked me to buy something I then told her again I was picking up an order she then told me to wait. After waiting 6 min she finally told me someone was going to open the door for me. This is bad and I promise I will post my experience on social media along with the video of how bad I was treated to use the restroom being a driver I thought I would be treated a little bit more kindly

Hadn’t been to this location in a long time but was not disappointed, overall had a great experience, they did take a good 7 minutes to take my order so it’s not that bad other than that everything was fine and food was good, surprised you need a code to use the restroom but totally understandable due to the area.

I've been going to the TC at Beltline in Mesq. for a while and they're in desperate need of a play from Ms. May's book over at the Buckner TC. I went there this morning and I will NOT go to any other TC again. She won me over this morning and the food was awesome! The tacos weren't messy and smashed into the foil wrapper like the Beltline store. I was able to actually enjoy the food instead of scraping off most of it off the wrapper, like I always have to do at the Beltline location. The Buckner TC had overnight prep done properly. So, they had salsas and jalapeños ready. The beltline store struggles every morning with even having just salsa. It's sad that the standard can't be consistent. I applaud the Buckner location and the warm smiles of Ms. May. Thumbs up to them. Beltline location could learn a few things. That location is struggling. For the Beltline location, get better staff or close the doors. For the Buckner location, I'm going to become a regular.

I ordered a 3 flauta plate and they substituted it with two tacos because their machine is down. Flauta machines don't exist. It should've even been charged the same since they made tacos instead. The chips are stale and more than likely not properly stored or reused. This place needs a health inspection.
