I asked if they could substitute beans instead of meat in their taco. A very simple request which Taco Bell has been doing for the past 30 years. This location wouldn’t do it. Why? No reason except that “they couldn’t do it.” I have been to 2 other Taco Casa locations who have done it without causing me any grief. The employees here must not be trained to give good service because substituting a 2 simple items which are on their menu isn’t a huge request which they should deny out right. I didn’t get the girl’s name who server me at the drive-thru window but the manager/lead’s name who also denied my request was Patricia.

Super tostadas are legit! Great place and perfect parking spot for a midday meal break before hitting the road. Always love their sweet tea, too!!!

I generally use the drive thru so I really cannot speak to the service or atmosphere. The food is my favorite for Mexican fast food. I grew up in West Texas with Taco Villa and it is such that we make trips back there from DFW and now Arkansas just to eat there. Taco Casa, in my book, is a very close second.... if it's second at all. I have often wondered if the owners of Taco Casa might have originally worked at Taco Villa because there seem to be many similarities. Whether that part is true or not, I would really, really love it if I could figure out how to get Taco Casa to come build a restaurant in Mena, Arkansas where we now live. You just can't go wrong with Taco Casa.
Usually have a good experience here but today the food was trash the shells were either not done or old(stale) and that is unacceptable they filled the cup with ice so it was 3 slips worth of soda i will not be returning to this location work 2 hard for my money to be spending it on garbage!!!!
