Favorite tacos. It’s so sad all the homeless congregate here. I’ve never had a problem and will drive miles and miles to eat Taco Casa. Better Tacos than most dine in Mexican restaurants.

I ordered a tostada and 3 crunchy tacos. They gave me a tostada and some giant taco with nasty sour cream. They make the food the best out of all the other locations. You just gotta check it before you leave every time to make sure they gave you what you ordered or else you’ll get all the way home inside your house just to realize it’s not what you ordered.

This is the WORST Taco Casa I’ve ever been too. The young man in the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. The food was old and stale it was HORRIBLE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION

Taco casa always has good food consistently. I gave this one a four-star because the taco Tuesday special is a little more expensive than the Taco casa up by Plano. This location is pretty expensive.

We went through the drive thru and the male that took our order did nothing but talk over as we gave our order. I asked to speak to the manager and she gave bad excuses for his behavior as she talked over me as well.
Maybe it is time to put a manager at this location that can lead by example.

Parking: This place is an add on at a gas station. It’s very tight getting through and there’s only parking in the back, which is a small space as well.

I wanted to give them a positive review but the service still hasn’t changed. They look at you at the counter don’t acknowledge you until they are ready everyone is focusing on the drive thru. They speak Spanish to each other about you like you don’t understand what is being said ? I know but do I care ?not chance just make my food so I can go. This place customer service sucks because how else would I know you have $1.50 tacos if they’re $2.59 regularly lady cashier please learn customer service.

Usually this location is good but went today, ordered a spicey bean burrito, 4 super tacos and some casa delights and 2 of our super tacos were terribly stale. I live 15 minutes away and was already home before we checked, unfortunately this is the closest location to my home and i wasn't going to go back and let the good food at home go cold.
