Talk about a hidden gem! First, there’s little chance you’d even know this was a restaurant/bar if you didn’t walk in. Once inside, you’re still skeptical that you’re in the right place. But, let me tell you, this place serves the absolute best Mexican food you’ll ever have. I got the pozole and it was transported south of the border. Flavor explosion!!! So don’t be distracted by the location or the exterior. The food is as legit as it gets!

We dropped by for lunch on a “Taco Tuesday”…we weren’t disappointed! Try their pineapple aqua fresca.
On the east side of Harry Hines, north of Grauwyler Park, south of Regal Row/Burbank.
Look for the black wall with gold mortar.

Can't try a place if nobody is there. Parked in the back and tried every door. They seem to have their hours wrong, or just skipped today. Either way went out of my way to come here. Only have so much time on a lunch break..

My boyfriend and I were traveling through Dallas and stumbled upon this gem in the evening—we tried their chicharron tacos and they were incredible! So good, in fact, that we came back the next day for their Saturday pozole, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were amazing, and the hospitality made it even better. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Next time I’m in Dallas, I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Don’t be scared of the location lol. It’s a building tucked away in the back of an auto repair and gas station/convenience store parking lot with a front and back entrance. These tacos are *it* if you’re anywhere near Dallas Love Field. The quesadilla is also so good. It’s a cool spot with delicious food, great prices, generous portions, warm service, and a bar plus two pool tables inside.

We went in hungry late afternoon and the items we were served (combo tacos and veg quesadilla) were truly outstanding! Really friendly service and TVs with all the sports and music you could ask for! Be sure to look for it set back from Harry Hines. 😉
