Recientemente, visitamos un restaurante en Dallas. Aunque el establecimiento en general estaba bien, tuvimos algunas experiencias que nos gustaría compartir. En cuanto a la comida, varios platos, como el trompo, la parrillada y los tacos de canasta, se sirvieron fríos. Sin embargo, los tacos de canasta estaban muy sabrosos. Mis hijas pidieron flautas y menudo; las flautas estaban deliciosas, pero el menudo contenía principalmente grano y casi no tenía carne. Además, esperamos más de 45 minutos para que nos sirvieran la comida. El servicio fue deficiente; después de ser sentados, pasaron aproximadamente 10 minutos antes de que alguien nos atendiera. Al llegar, la encargada nos informó que no había espacio disponible debido al estrés en la cocina, por lo que no podían acomodarnos de inmediato.

Poor organization on the part of the staff. We came from Odessa TX because we saw a reel on Instagram where they showed their succulent food and the famous Mini Trompo and we were very happy to try it but unfortunately we had a very, very bad experience. When entering you have to stand in a long line and it is understandable due to the demand of clientele but the problem began when we entered the place and they began to serve people without order. There were people far back in line who were served first than us. We had ordered appetizers and an hour passed and they barely managed to bring us the water we had ordered. In the end we decided to leave the place upset and disgusted by the poor service and organization it has. We spoke to a person in charge but the food we had ordered was no longer available and I didn't understand why if they had just opened the restaurant, at least they would have told us from the beginning that there wasn't any and we ordered something else but they already told us after having passed 1 time to have placed the order and that is not acceptable.
The truth is that I would never return to the place, it is a shame that they give publicity to a place and it does not live up to their famous dishes.

I was waiting for more than two hours and they never brought us the food. The service is terrible. The waitresses passed by our table and never served us.
