Taqueria Mexicana is a small, clean, quaint family-run spot with delicious food and friendly staff. The torta is a must-try, described as the best ever had and massive. The Mexican food is said to be the best since a trip to Monterrey in central Mexico. The staff is welcoming and even rushed to help with a spicy salsa mishap. The Frijoles Charros are highly recommended and so good. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a family atmosphere and high chairs available. Customers are eager to return and try more items on the menu, praising the spot for its flavor, value, and welcoming atmosphere. The barbacoa and chicken tacos were great, with the barbacoa being the best ever had, very tender and moist. Big Tortas are a highlight, with Fajita, Barbacoa, and Pastor Tortas made on toasted fresh bread. The Fajita Combinacion is a very large plate that is worth the value and may feed two or three people. The lady who took the order was very nice.
