Got the food as takeout and I was so disappointed it is overrated and overpriced. We got the starter egg rolls and it is not good taste bland. We then got the gumbo this is a sorry excuse for gumbo with no seafood in it. The catfish and shrimp were over cooked and the portion for price is not worth it. The food was not fresh. I would advise to eat seafood somewhere else we were so disappointed. We spend over 60 dollars, and it was a total waste because we were not pleased with the food it is all hype.

I honestly wasn’t impressed. The pictures looked sooooo good! I had a shrimp boil. My shrimp were mushy. The sauce was a little different. Wasn’t my favorite. The jambalaya egg rolls were just okay! I really wanted to like this place bc they kept popping on my IG. But I wasn’t impressed.

I ordered a meat pie - the meat was not seasoned Catfish does not look like fresh catfish Shrimp was the best thing fried very hard Fries were soggy so I'm going to have to put them in the air fryer and there was no Cajun seasoning on them Forgot to give me my lemonade!

food was all right, to be fair. They did warn us that the seafood quality was not up to usual pour. Egg was amazing, corn was good, shrimp was great… crawfish was tiny and meat was nonexistent— like I said they did warn ahead there would be no refunds…. However, the customer service of the experience was the worst part. TERRIBLE service from every person, very rushed, judgmental and unprofessional. Skimped put on several aspects of service to take an easier route for shift.

Crawfish is hit or miss. But when it's good, it's really good. One of the spots in DFW that's closest to New Orleans style crawfish. I always do take out orders but dined here once. The service was good but the place had a sewer stench. Was not pleasant at all but the food made up for it. Will order here again, just waiting for crawfish prices to go down...
