At first I was taken back by the server/worker when we arrived. The individual didn't explain anything and was basically like "go ahead." The individual was short and curt even when I explained that this was the family's first time at the establishment. After a while they lightened up and became friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed their yogurts as well as myself. The place would get busy in waves and it appeared that the cash register was down besides the drive thru register. I definitely will be back and recommend this yogurt spot. It was delicious šš¦.

I recently visited TCBY and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff didnāt greet us and instead bluntly said, āgo ahead.ā They treated us like we were clueless, stating the obvious in a condescending manner. We were taken aback and had to pause and confirm what we just said. To top it off, they rudely yelled the price at us and slammed the window shut. Itās disheartening to see such poor customer serviceāwhat happened to common courtesy?

I absolutely love this place! We live down the street and are here at least once per week. Doug the owner is awesome, and recently catered our wedding. It was supper affordable (much cheaper than a wedding cake) and it was a huge hit with our guests. I will definitely have them cater another party for us in the future!

Drove 30 minutes to get frozen yogurt before 11. Since on google it says they close at 11. We get there and apparently they close at 10. False advertising.
