This omakase dinner was an incredible experience. Every course was intentional and flavorful, and I left happily full. The staff was extremely accommodating to our likes and dislikes, making the experience feel curated just for us. The ambience was stunning, and the authenticity added such a special touch.
This is the third or fourth time we spend New Year's Eve with you in the past 5 years, and the first time that the service was mediocre at best. Despite the fact that we stated a soy allergy, every time they served a course, we had to point out that the plate had soy in it. Not once, not twice, but five times. At the first time, I kindly asked the waiter to make a note so that we didn't continue to be served things just to be taken away and having to wait for something...
