Okay so i been going here getting the regular ramen with the broth and all that, and its good lots of flavor and its made well, no complaints there. Then I found out about the dry ramen…..bruh…..probably the best thing ive eaten in 2025…little places like this that know how to cook good food gives me a bit of hope for humanity. Well done…. Staff friendly and down to earth, service was quick….i mean what else can i say besides go try the dry!! 5 Stars yall. No real talk i never had Asian food this good.

The food is decent but would be much better if they weren’t so cheap with the seafood portions when you order take-out or delivery. They seem to take advantage of the fact that a person can’t see their order until they receive it and by that time the customer is already hungry so they don’t complain. They always come correct when you dine-in but they should maintain the same [integrity] for both services and lose the attitudes when you ask questions about the food. Great surroundings but some of the staff are hella mid if you catch my lingo🫤

Love the food…But there’s this new employee, a black lady with purple thing in her head , who is so darn rude. A Hispanic man was seeking assistance with his order. She initiated “Now I need to speak Spanish” very rude and proceeded to walk away from helping him.

The service was excellent. The menu was explained in detail. We had several dishes that were all delicious. My favorite was the Spicy Lobster ramen. The broth was addicting. Will definitely make the drive to this place again.

I had a really disappointing experience at Ten Ramen in Dallas. I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order and was greeted with rudeness instead of hospitality. When I walked in and said, “Hey, how’s it going?” neither the woman nor the man behind the counter acknowledged me. The woman simply placed a bag on the counter without asking who I was there for or giving me a chance to confirm the order. The lack of friendliness and customer service was unwelcoming and left a bad impression. Based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning.

Food is amazing. Restaurant is really small, rustic, and is stand up only, but it's totally worth it. Love going here for happy hour, get yourself a cheap draft and the pork belly side and it'll hit the spot.
I usually get the spicy maze man for a meal as I don't really like ramen and it's just one of those dishes you won't find anywhere else but is 10 stars. Don't miss this place if you're in the area and looking for a great meal!
