I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Market Center and had dinner either in person or to-go from TerraNova Cafe every night.
Food takes about 20 minutes. 25 minutes for my burger Day 1.
Night #1: I ate in person in the lobby bar. Ordered a Kicker Burger, which came with fries, and some mixed vegetables. Order-to-Entree took 26 minutes. The value is not bad for a hotel restaurant; certainly a good amount of food and the fries came out nicely crispy. The burger was decent (4/5). The mixed vegetables are a little too oily for me (3.5/5). Service was very friendly and attentive for a lobby bar.
Nights 2-3: I ordered the Mixed Green Full Salad with Salmon. Was ready to-go within 20 minutes (I just went up to my room and came back). Took a bite to try it out and the salmon was a little rubbery but not bad (3.5/5). Portions were good.
Night 4: I ordered the Walleye Fish and Chips and it was surprisingly good! Everything came out very crispy and the sauces were plentiful. The Cole slaw was a nice accompaniment. It was a tad oily but overall pretty solid and good portions (4/5).
For Hilton Diamond members, food cost and tax are covered by F&B credits but NOT tip. So anything you tip on the tab will still hit your folio.
Overall, solid choice for a hotel restaurant and a great way to use the F&B credits for dinner if you don't eat breakfast.

I had the croissant sandwich for breakfast, which was excellent. The two service ladies were very kind and attentive. I am a Diamond Member, just to throw that in there. I wish the buffet was open, but the menu had a bit of everything.

Very nice breakfast buffet and eggs station! Very complete and delicious all around. I didn't take pictures, but they have just about everything! Blue/black/raspberries, Mellon, cantaloupe, watermelon, cottage cheese, butter balls, yogurt (oikos/dannon) fresh juices, great coffee! Very friendly staff and overall a very positive experience! I actually booked a second night's stay here because of the excellent breakfast - the most important meal of the day!

Seems Lucia was more in to her iPhone than waiting on us. Ordered a hamburger med rare. Burnt beyond well done. She never came back to see how we were. Here for 2 more night. Think we will go to the Denny's for breakfast

Food is made to order exactly as requested. I am on a special diet so I had to ask them to make my food a certain way and they did it exactly as I asked. The food was perfect and the server was very nice!
