Honestly the food had absolutely no flavor at all. Under seasoned and they didn’t even put the mayo inside the cheesesteak, all the sauces were on the side. What in the world? It’s too pricey for what it is.

We used to like going to this place for our cheesesteak sandwiches. They’re still good. But they don’t give you that much like they used too plus not that many people go there any more. Plus the other thing that we don’t like is that the waiter is also the bartender and the only person working in the front. You have to wait to get your drinks and refills. Oh yeah plus they have been doing some little updates inside for the past 2 years. It’s like when are they going to finish this little project??? And there restrooms are dirty. I just can’t imagine the kitchen. And I don’t want to think about it.

I lived in Dallas a long time. Texadelphia was one of go to spots. Yes I know Twxas and Philly are not always things that go together. But this place just worked and was so good. The queso and chips were awesome and a must have. My favorite was the cheesesteak with just meat and cheese and then add pepperoni and extra ranch for pouring it on the sandwich. Yes they have lots of options. Never had anything bad. Anyone I took there loved it. The staff was always great and helpful in ordering. They brought the food out to you. Havong moved away and back to California, I really miss this place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I was in Dallas recently and my hotel was close to this location. I was so excited as I used to go to the original when I was at UT.
I had just finished a long day hosting clients and just wanted to relax, have some wings, and catch up on work that I missed during the day. 7:30ish on a Monday. Completely empty.
The bartender 'A' told me that they were out of traditional wings (that's always a red flag) yet she suggested boneless and said that they make their ranch onsite and it's amazing. So I went with that.
I am literally talking to 'A' when I crunched down on something like a small rock. I spit everything out into the serving basket and found a huge fracture from one of my teeth.
'A' was shocked yet did all the right things. She called her GM and maybe the Vp. Not sure. My only interaction has been with the regional GM 'E'. 'A' took all of my info, photos, and provided me with the contact information for 'E'.
I was lucky enough to get in with my dentist the next morning and thankfully he thinks I can save the tooth if treated in time. I provided all of the information to 'E' and received the below text that they would take care of it.
Since then, I've had to delay my repair as I was first pushed to an insurance rep for them (not my problem yet was glad to provide all of the medical info). Nothing happened and then now I'm being asked to speak with their legal rep who has not responded to me btw.
I can't drink anything too hot or cold and can only chew on my opposite side. I gave them the easiest path to resolve and encouraged them to pay my dentist directly as this was not about money/retribution. Just dental care.

I've been a regular for just over two years now since moving into the area . I'm originally from South Jersey so I'm a hard sell when it comes to Philly cheese steaks. Texadelphia had it down as close as it gets. The food it always fresh and hot and very reasonably priced. Alice, Dan, Ecan and Rashad are very friendly and make a great team ..
