The food servant needed more training and lacked knowledge of their own menu. I believe this is a franchise because I stopped at close to Wichita Falls with a far better experience, I even went out of my way to collect my family with high hopes. Sadly, not one person thought of a good thing to say about their food. What a shame.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch because it’s a quick exit off of the freeway. We were hungry for barbecue so decided to give it a try. We were glad we did. The food was hot. The meat is tender and there’s a very good selection of sides. You can order okra, which was very good. This portion sizes are large, so you probably will have some left over. We felt that it was clean and the service was quick and friendly. We will stop in again.

Wheelchair accessibility: One of our members uses a scooter and accessibility, for it was excellent.

I went here to get gas on pump 17 and DEF. The deaf machine was charging me when no DEF was coming out when I went inside there was nobody to help me. There was an older gentleman that said he cannot leave the counter. I showed him the video he said I don’t know what to tell you proceeded with caution, I will notify Pilot and send them the video along with the receipt. Also, I noticed their machines are not calculated there’s no city approval on the pump.

They have flies everywhere in the BBQ area. Literally can see the fly traps hanging behind the counters. It's a disgusting place and shouldn't be selling food. However if you like insects in your food you should give them a try!
