We seemed to have a mixup on our seating arrangement from the start. I made a reservation for our group of 5 for 7:15 . We received a text at 7:05 saying our table was ready while we were in line for valet. We got inside at 7:08 and then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes - apparently they gave our table away. We recently went to Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao in Addison. They were good, but Texas de Brazil in Dallas hits it out of the ballpark in customer service, ambience, and consistent delicious food. Their manager came to our table to check up on us, and our server, Ana, was exceptional. We cannot wait to return!
The restaurant is tucked away, and the restaurant offers valet parking, too. The ambiance once you step inside reminds one of walking into a restaurant in Brazil. The abundance of meats offered and salad bar options satisfies anyone's food preference. From the hostess to the wait staff and the gauchos that bring the variety of meats to your table, were pleasant and answered all questions.
