this was really disappointing. for this to be an omni restaurant, i’m just very disappointed in the food quality as well as the service. we got a grilled cheese with tomato soup for $19 and i could have made a 10x better grilled cheese. we also got meatballs that were nice but still not coming close to any decent expectations. i’m sorry but this was a very disappointing experience.

This place is a fantastic American restaurant! ?? Texas Spice in Dallas ? serves a wonderful selection of delicious ? dishes ?️ - definitely get the Chicken ? Cobb Salad ? (surprisingly spicy ?), Grilled Cheese ? Sandwich with Tomato ? Soup ?, Mushroom ? Melt Sandwiches ?, or Burger ? with Fries!? The staff ?? is friendly and professional, service is quick ⏲️, the place is beautifully decorated ?️, and the ambience ? is great! I wish I came here more often!

The service, environment, drinks and food were all amazing. The manager recommended the lobster enchiladas - add grilled shrimp and queso on top (absolutely fabulous! The side of cilantro lime rice was perfect!
Parking: Take your parking ticket to the restaurant to get the ticket comped. Luckily we were able to park right outside the elevator doors on a Monday night.

I asked the hostess to seat us one table over so that we were not right next to other guests, she refused and said that table was not ready yet. Within 10 seconds, that table was ready. There was one waiter for the whole restaurant. There were eggshells in my eggs. My husband had to get up and go find our waiter to get our check. Normally a good restaurant, but today, not a good experience.
We had so many issues from the food to the waiter forgetting our order seem like he didn't want to be there.
