The food is pretty good, but the guy who works there all the time is not suited for the public. Terrible customer service and he is rude.Edit: Also today, the beans and rice are crunchy! Normally it's pretty good. Oh and 90% of the time when you ask for Churros, you get "we don't have those." They need to change the name, because Texas is about hospitality, and Texas Taco Co. knows nothing about that. Maybe New York Taco Co?

Was driving and wanted tacos and Google said this was the closest place. It located inside a convenience/check cashing store, which is not a problem. They have a nice size menu but I went and order 6 chicken tacos and was blown back that there were on .99 each. Got my food and it looked great. I wondered why the place wasn’t packed like all the other taco shops during lunch with prices like this. I found out! Every piece of chicken on my tacos was dry af. Mane I got the leftover of the batch but I was disappointed.

Read carefully or you'll miss the taqueria inside of the check cashing convenience store. The tacos aren't bad at all, and they make decent salsa. I ordered 5 al pastor and 5 pollo. I definitely liked them, but what I liked more was the price. $0.99 each. I'll go back again and try something different.
