The cashier/attendants need training in Customer Service very badly. Some of them are just standing by doing nothing while another one is just on their cellphone. The line was getting longer. To get a scoop of ice cream takes them forever to complete the task. Please train your employees better. They do not have a sense of urgency especially in an airport where everyone is in a hurry.

Food is beyond crazy expensive, even for an airport & the quality of the fruit & cheese was terrible - the fruit had already gotten mold on it even though the expiration date was a couple of days

I get airport prices are higher, but this place is crazy expensive. It cost $4.09 for a SMALL bag of Doritos and $3.49 for a 20 ounce Dr. Pepper! How can it be legal to inflate prices just because people are traveling. I suggest you get a hot meal and avoid this place. A sandwich, drink and chips will run you $15. Avoid places like this and the prices will come DOWN.

Nothing in the Love Field food courts is cheap, but at La Madeleine you can be budget conscious. There's always a choice of things to have with coffee as a snack. I had really good coconut cake, moist, delicious with just the right amount of frosting and coconut.
