Stock your beers, please!
My wife and I ate here during a layover. We were seated quickly. The place was busy (about 5 pm), but the staff took the order quickly and I was surprised at how fast the food arrived. We were both pleased with the food and the service.
This is the worst place to eat. I purchased 20 order chicken grilled Thai salad worth $40 plus to go. It came with 4 piece of dumpling and lettuce only which I found later on. Plus the lady asked for tips citing they work on tips. I had to do cash tips.
Had a layover at the airport and popped in for a quick drink. The setup and service is exactly what you expect at any restaurant in an airport i.e. nothing fancy. I ordered a double shot Jack Daniel’s and Diet Coke. Was surprised to see the drink brought in premixed and certainly felt watered down!
Overprice $10 chicken burger
Bianca & Brittanie was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I complained about the treat to manager Cody and he brushed it off and made me feel extremely unwelcome. I don’t see myself ever stoping there again.
I had a very disappointing experience due to poor customer service. When I asked for assistance, both Bianca and Brittany were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way basic courtesy and a willingness to help should be the standard, not the exception. I wouldn’t recommend going to TGI in this terminal the staff is in need of proper training .
Ordered the chicken and waffles for breakfast. The food was serviceable but nothing to write home about.
You can only get bottled water, no tap. So I got orange juice.
Hostess sat me right down, nice view or airplanes,
My waitress Heather was excellent. but I didn't like that you have to scan a QR code to pay by credit card.
There’s very limited restaurant options at DFW Terminal E. My last time dining at Friday’s wasn’t satisfactory, food tasted frozen and re-heated. I was hesitant dining at this restaurant again. However, the Cobb salad was surprisingly good. The chicken has the actual grilled taste and not rubbery. I enjoyed my meal and a glass of strawberry iced tea. Service was good, too.
I can't believe in the airport that the quality of food and service thanks to lili for her hospitality and services ❤️

5 Stars for server Kimberly. She is so lively and upbeat, I had my honeymoon flights delayed and ruined. She kept my spirits up. Amazing server, so positive and a great reflection of TGIF.
Kind stuff. Good food. The food was prepared very quickly, in about 10 minutes, despite the fact that most of the tables were occupied. First I ordered a Margarita, but I didn’t like it – too much alcohol. But Mojito very tasty. My husband took strawberry lemonade - also very tasty. I recommend these 2 drinks
We came through on Sunday and our server Rachel just made our day. She was so thoughtful and anticipating what we needed. We had some rambunctious kids with us and she handled us and all of her people with so much patience. She even offered us bottle waters for the plane ride! You should promote her and give her a raise!!
Hillary L was amazing, me and my family had just got off our plane and we went to TGIF in airport terminal E. I had birthday points about to expired and she worked with us. She was very informative, great recommendations and very friendly. After a long trip this was much needed. What a way to end birthday trip with amazing customer service at the airport and also watching planes take off while eating. Definitely make this my go to in the airport since it's close and still affordable and family friendly with a view.
Great spot for this airport but the food quality is shameful, no care about plating or following menu standards for things as simple as a side order of steamed broccoli. Cleanliness was acceptable as well as overall atmosphere. The kitchen needs some more CHEFS and not so many line prep pushing out orders.
