Best coffee in DFW! Hands down. Unique lattes, strong and flavorful coffee, great food, super cute cafe… I go to school at UTA and drive here during breaks to get coffee and empanadas. The employees are super nice and seem to genuinely care about their customers. There’s just no cafe in DFW that even competes with Berni Bean for me. Such a vibe!
The place was packed with people waiting on orders. Four people were working but the line didn’t move for 30 mins. Dirty tables and dishes everywhere. 50 mins in the coffee order was wrong, but it tasted good enough anyway. Just go somewhere else.

Hands down the worst coffee shop ever to me. There were quite some new reviews seems fake to me, but I don't know, I could be wrong. Anyways I thought it's because of solar eclipse so they take 10mins in line to order and 30 mins to get the food or drinks. Many people had to come up to them couple times to check on their drinks and food. And I read other reviews that were posted couple weeks before the eclipse,they had the same problems for waiting for so long, and it's definitely not just because solar eclipse or tourism. When we finally got our coffee, it tasted like water down coffee, and it did not taste good at all. Like at all. Bagels were good but you can't really mess bagels up. So we should have a higher expectation than this. The location is cute, and love all the decors and props. The baristas were really nice. Other than that I don't think this place worth it and definitely won't recommend this to anyone.

Berni Bean is hands down the best coffee in DFW. This place absolutely sets the standard for specialty coffee. The syrups are all unique and pair beautifully with the notes in the coffee. The baristas are all super nice, the food is great, and I swear every customer leaves with a picture to post on instagram. I spend entire lunch breaks driving to Berni from Arlington because the coffee is THAT good. And the EMPANADAS?!?! So good.

Stopped here on a Saturday. Waited in line 10 min to order. Waited another 30 minutes for our order of two lattes. Waited another 5 min for a pre-made pastry. Oat milk Latte had a strong clove cinnamon flavor. Did not request this. So disappointed in the experience and coffee. Pastry was good. No decaf available.

It's a little pricey but what place in downtown isn't? Food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. Not to mention, the chill vibe and plant decor.
Took 20 minutes to get a drip coffee and had to ask for it 3 times(they said it was already brewed when we ordered), dirty sticky tables, got brought the wrong food. Food and drink were just not very good and it seemed like nothing was made in house, just store bought. The staff also seemed very confused, they might have been new? I wish them the best but definitely needs some major improvements. It's a great idea and I love Costa Rican coffee so I hope they can turn some things around!

We just stopped for a quick cup of coffee in the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. I really liked the taste of their cold brew. I just had it with cream but next time I will try it with froth. I liked the tropical atmosphere and the way the place is decorated. Staff is friendly. Place is clean. Skip SBUX and come here instead.

Decent coffee, good food, and excellent customer service. I got the all farm bagel and a 16oz latte for $17. The coffee was decent not the best latte I’ve ever had but certainly not the worst. The food was good and reasonably priced. A good place to stop if you are in the area but not worth going out of the way for.
