Service could use some work but the food here is TO DIE FOR! I always come back. FOOD TOPS EVERYTHING. Its so savory & the boil is not watered/buttered down you can actually taste the seasonings/paste.. However there other location could use some work ? Still would recommend this place though especially the Carrolton Location!

I was really excited to try this place because of the good reviews. I didn’t hate it, but also didn’t love it. It was okay. I will say the staff and service were wonderful. When we first came in, right after opening we were told immediately there was do crawfish or king crab legs. This wasn’t a big deal but also was not a good look right away. We got a 1lb of snow crab, 1lb shrimp, potatoes, corn, 1 sausage link, boiled eggs, and a 1lb of mussel. The shrimp came in the same bag as the potatoes, corn, eggs, and sausage. That bag, the sauce was very watery. None of the flavors stuck onto anything, very diluted. The shrimp were really overcooked to the point they were mushy which is a shame because that is my gf’s fav. The mussels came in its own bag which the sauce was better mixed and it was good. The snow crab legs came out good as well, we ordered another 1lb of snow crab as well which came out good.
1st time visiting the new location. Absolutely love the larger space. Same great taste...service was good from the hostess to our highly attentive server. Love the hand washing station as well. Almost forgot...PLENTY OF PARKING YAAAAAAY!!!!! Good job Boiling Crab Dallas!

So tried one of these about 5 years ago and wasn’t great but wanted to try again and see how it fared. It’s super loud and echoey in the place. Booths are uncomfortable. They have a ton of young kids working here and most are standing around not doing much. Our server told us mid dinner he had been told to go on break and someone else would check on us. Someone finally did after a while. Now for the food: the shrimp was decent. Nothing too special. Mussels were a huge disappointment. The flavor is just not good at all. The red sauce tastes terrible. They were out of King crab so we got Dungeness and it was also just so so. Corn was okay and potatoes were pretty good and the garlic butter sauce was good. A plus was that the servers were all really sweet and helpful for the ones who did come take care of us. This place is kind of fend for yourself type deal where if you want any sauce, salt and pepper or utensils you have to ask every time. So I don’t think I’d come back again.

This was our first visit to the boiling crab and oh boy it was good, will definitely be coming back. We found out of this place by word of mouth of a relative and happy they did. The food came out expediently and the waitress kept checking on us if we need anything. Hasn't been a week yet and already looking forward to the next visit.
