Deeply Disappointed , A Ruined Meal at One of My Former Favorites
I’ve always enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but my most recent experience completely changed that. I placed a pickup order and, upon arriving home, discovered that my snow crab was missing. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who told me they didn’t see a bag with snow crab but offered to make it and let me know when it was ready for pickup. She asked if we wanted anything else “to make it right,” but we declined , we just wanted what we paid for.
Moments after hanging up, the manager called back asking us to bring back all the bags of food we had just picked up so she could “see how everything was packed,” insisting the crab should have been there. That request was completely unreasonable and unnecessary, at that point, our meal was already ruined. We reluctantly returned to the restaurant with the food, which was now cold, only to be met with attitude instead of an apology.
We received a full refund , and returned the bags of cold food. The experience left a terrible impression. Being asked to return with all our food for inspection, rather than being offered a sincere apology or a simple replacement, was absurd. What should have been an easy pickup dinner turned into a frustrating ordeal. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider ever returning. This happened Saturday 10/11/2025 7:30pm.

Absolutely, by far the best in the area. The customer service was amazing! Thank you to Asia you were absolutely awesome! And to the others who were not our server but still passed by and checked on us. You all were attentive and super nice. Spoke to the GM to let him know how amazing of a TEAM he has. To the owner of this location, please continue to treat your staff right, they are amazing! And the food... omg whoever is cooking back there knows how to throw it down! We will be forever customers! Thank you!!! 👏

I keep going back because when it hits OMG the shrimp boil is so dang delish...BUT sometimes Ive been there and the flavor is off...do they not have recipes? do they run out of garlic, spices etc??? not sure why but its something they nees to work on maybe get a scale so every batch is the same...this past saturday I was there the margaritas which are always amazing just tasted like waterdown and flavorless...management please work on food quality and consiatancy practises 🙏 other than that service is great love em
