The Capital Grille offers an excellent bone-in ribeye and amazing creamed corn with bacon. The Inglenook 1882 wine was fairly priced and complemented the steak well. The Maitre D, Rock, set a welcoming mood for a nice experience. However, some guests felt the server was not very attentive and would disappear for long periods. Despite ordering filet and lobster with au gratin potatoes, the potatoes arrived cold, but were quickly replaced. With a bill over $300, some guests were surprised by the lack of complimentary valet parking. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, some felt the service did not match the upscale dining experience they were expecting.
