My server Jonathan was everything he was humorous and professional he catered to us.He served us in such a manner until we didn't even know what we wanted until he brought it. There is a great appreciation for waiters that love serving .They care about and appreciate the customer . They appreciate the experience and Jonathan embodies all of that. Jonathan even took birthday photos as if he was apart of our family. Jonathan even walk us out.I flew in from Atlanta, Georgia to celebrate my birthday at this particular restaurant and it was worth every penny as a party of eight(6) I will be back. Thanks again.

The Charles is amazing! It was the best restaurant experience I have had in Dallas this year. The service was magnificent. The food was amazing! I didn't have a bad drink or appetizer/entree/dessert while I was here. Jonathan was a wonderful server and he took care of everything. I would definitely tell anyone to come to this restaurant and I will be back!

They have a "secret bar" in the back past the kitchen with a speak easy type vibe! 3. The service here is top notch! I was greeted by my server quickly and even by the manager! 4. I wouldn't recommend the steak. 5. I spent $300 not including tips(everything pictured below)

Our waitress did a great job of guiding our food journey for the evening, and we shared a bunch of plates that were really tasty and complemented our drinks. We had the Kingfish Crudo, which was impaired well with the lemon ricotta gnudi. The pasta was fresh and had herbs incorporated into it. The winter berry drink was the best. We understand why this is a Dallas staple.
